I placed an order last week went to pick it up and the door was locked.. A worker finally came out and apparently they “ran out of food” they said I would be refunded and never was. They also NEVER answer the phone!

Ordered online. Card was charged. Store said they don't have order. After saying prepared it says picked up. Went back and he again said no it wasn't. Refused to give me manager information for a refund and refused to make my order. They don't answer the store phone. And Subway website has no phone number. Filled out digital for several times and nobody contacted me. So I will be filing a BBB complaint. Absolutely terrible experience and won't be returning! Staff is rude and management is absent!

Not sure of the the manger name but he keeps the store clean, great customer service and engages with his customers. I eat here all the time and they make it how u ask for it with no hassle or no back and forth. Definitely a clean location.

The tall, feminine sassy man who wasn’t even out front in the first place, overcharged me for my sandwich of the day and was gossiping with his female friend ON SPEAKER while attending to me. Very unprofessional, rude and clueless altogether. Subway is subway, the sandwich was solid but I wouldn’t come back to this location.

The worker was extremely rude at 7:30pm on Wednesday as soon as I walked through the door after I greeted him with a nice “how are you” he responded “are you here for pick up?” I can understand if they’re busy but then I said I was ordering and he said he should’ve locked the doors cause he’s tired of taking orders…. Maybe you should just quit your job then?? I hate when people make it your problem they have to do their job. I didn’t say that of course cause the worker looks like the type to spit in peoples food. 1/10 don’t come here
Terrible customer service around 1pm February 21st 2025. The gentleman who was preparing my sandwiches used his personal phone the entire time I was in there. Secondly, I had a promo coupon that he refused to honor. I will never go to this Subway again. Terrible service with an attitude.

just ordered from here no meat straight dust on my sanwich so disappointed like literally I went there last time it was a lot of meat on it they need new workers whoever is working on that Monday 8:30 shift needs to be fired then I came in with an coupon it’s supposed to be 12:99 for two sandwiches and it was still 29 dollars HOW DOES THAT WORK ???

Had delivery from this location. Ordered two sandwiches. Extremely dissatisfied. The sandwiches were small, hardly no meat and full of lettuce for $14.79 a piece. Ordered teriyaki and steak subs. Meat was cold and dry.
