As soon as I walked in was told by staff that I wasn't going to be able to place an order since they had too many online orders. Ridiculous! Restaurant should not be open to customers then and they aren't any other nearby locations either.

I love Subway, one of my favorite restaurants, but today I was upset to see the person talking on the cell phone while making my food, plus the uncovered beard... I ordered a prickly pear sandwich and it looked like mayonnaise soup, I know this was because while talking on the cell phone I made my food and missed the mayonnaise. He had headphones on.

The subway shops on E.Ridge Rd don't even have their open signs on (both shops). Then to top it off we placed an online order to the subway right next to gamestop near Walmart on E.Ridge Rd just for the guy with his ramen noodle underwear showing to tell us he don't have the order, but you have our money! Refund me please!

I ordered the buy 2 get one free online. I get there a few minutes before the pickup time. When I walk in, there are 3 steak subs starting to be made, and no employee around. This young kid comes back and puts mozzarella cheese on them. I'm just letting you know that the other employee is outside sitting in his vehicle. He puts all 3 subs to get on the same tray to get toasted. I told him that one of the subs has monterrey cheddar on it. So he puts the monterrey cheddar on it. He toasted them, and of course, they weren't toasted, and the cheese is not melted. Suppose to put one or two subs on the tray, not 3 subs. So he continued to put the vegetables on my sub. Spinach, red onions, I tell him, lettuce too. So he looks at the order to see if I'm right. I ended up toasting the subs when I got home. Thank God I got there before he jacked all the subs up.

Dealt with a very frustrated and grumpy employee tonight. He stated they were to getting ready to close, at 7:45 when actually open til 9.Made both my 'Signature Subs' incorrectly and was not happy when I mentioned it. I still have a meatball sub covered in lettuce.When I asked about the Buy 1 get on 1/2 off, his response was, "No."Should have gone to Jersey Mike's.

I order an assorted Sub, and I had more Veggies than meat, I didn't see and cheese but a Few pieces of meat... It was a new person working there, I'm gonna assume, because she didn't know what she was doing. I wouldn't go back their to get a sub made. Disappointed this time.

Had to walk out in the middle of ordering my food. Line to the door 1 employee, the other is in the back. Did not wash his hands. When asked to toast my bread he put the whole loaf in w out opening it. You guys need to teach your staff the proper way to make sandwiches. Embarrassed as a former employee for how down hill this place has gone.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was inside under a minute when I hear the PIC bark at a worker about starting an online order. Then she said “they gonna have to wait” ; referring to me and the other customer in front of me. When I said excuse me her response was “we’ve been busy all day and y’all have to wait” very nasty and dismissively. When the other customer asked if the employee was going to take her order her she said no I have to do what she says. I understand that online orders are a part of your business but the lack of decorum and professionalism was an issue that cause me and the other customer to walk out.
