This location, even though it closes at 11 pm per the Subway.com website, takes food away and does not have it for offer at 9:20 pm. Please choose better sources. This place does not deserve your business.
I asked for a meatball sub and the employee says "she just put the meatballs away", i said ok thanks, however i drove to this subway because the prior subway was closed at 8:44 pm even though the website says it will close at 9pm (lyell Ave location). So that’s two subways in a row that were not able to accommodate my patronage. The employee was not rude, but, was not however not accommodating. Especially since the specific location was to be open for at least 1.5hrs more. I will not be going back to this Lyell Ave location.

Parking: This location Should close earlier since, certain items that are on the menu will not be available and people will not be able to know.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp, however the entryway is flat.

Sandwich received definitely does not look as nice and full of steak meat as pictured. Felt like they had run out of steak and didn't give a full portion. Portions of footlong sub had no steak and was just bread and sauces. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

Friday night I got done bowling and was very hungry so decided to stop at the top of the plaza and get a sub from Subway and it was 10:50pm, the open sign was on and I know they closed at 11pm so I went inside and one lady behind the counter said can I help you and I said can I get a Sub and she said we are closed, so I walked out, but if the open sign is on and the door wasn't locked then your not closed and shouldn't have said anything and waited on me.

Ordered chicken and a cheese wrap. Next to no meat, the cheese was like fake dairy product, tasted ? and had to remove more than half of the so called bread to get to the, well, filling. Waste of 8 bucks.

This location is outstanding with customer service and does a great job making subs. Broccoli Cheese soup is amazing. Employees truly make you feel welcome, too.

I’m going to file a formal complaint with BBB and RPD immediately! Went in around 830. Employee informed me it was cash only, had no Swiss cheese. Made it as sloppy as she could. Charged me $12 without ringing me up or giving me any type of receipt! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

1 star more like 0 I only did 1 so I can put this review I ordered a 12” (foot long) just a basic sub and went to open it and noticed I am missing the whole other half of the sub and it looked like the pictures as soon as I opened it and believe it or not there was suppose to be roast beef but again as you see where’s the meat barely I also paid extra for capicola and again where is the meat also as you can see the small little half I did receive looks disgusting ? seriously this needs to be reconciled because based on other reviews this isn’t the first time

This is the closest Subway to me. I ordered yesterday through Subway mobile app and picked up my order. I found a hair in my sub. Gross.
