Good food, large portions at good prices, and usually good service. I typically order C.20 or C.21 — general tzo's or sesame chicken, respectively, with fried rice and a pork roll, for $7.85. Clean and tidy interior, with some food including cut fruit, and drinks, available for purchase in the lobby area. Generally, comparable prices to other Chinese restaurants in Rochester. They seem busy, which is a good thing, but as a direct consequence the service always feels rushed....
