Those are steep steps going up to your front door, with handrails missing halfway up. The first floor dining area was dark and cold. No lights because no bartender there? WTF? L-o-n-g flight of stairs, again dimly lit, to the warmer 2nd floor. The chef forgot one of the 5 ingredients in my salad? Then descending those dimly lit stairs going back down. I see why you call this place "Swan Dive." I almost fell because it was so dark. I see CODE VIOLATIONS! NEVER coming back.

I wish I knew what the food tasted like. We ordered takeout. It say 45-55 minutes. Got there around 45 minutes to be told that it would be 45 minutes. I thought she had misheard me and thought I was just putting in an order. Nope. Something with the oven. Which I honestly dont care about because it happens and it wasn't something she could control. BUT they knew who had orders in and when. They have my phone number. They could have offered to cancel my order over the phone instead of letting me show up just to unconcernedly tell me that it would be another 45 minutes. Or at least let me know. Or updated the timeline on their online ordering. Or shut off online ordering. It was a waste of my time and they seemed to not care at all.

This restaurant handed a DoorDash delivery person my order and the DoorDash person stole the food instead of delivering it to my family for a bereavement meal (my mom died recently).. When I called to ask whether the restaurant would be willing to make my family 2 complementary pizzas given the situation, they declined and said that it was a “3rd party ~ DoorDash problem” and not their responsibility. They then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I will never go to this restaurant. I think their response portrayed extremely poor customer service and bordered on heartless.

Always a favorite of mine. One of the best happy hours in the city. The bartenders are terrific and I really enjoy the unique cocktails they cycle in. Prices are very reasonable which is terrific. Pizza is always delightfully tasty. It'll get crowded on a Friday or Saturday night around 10 but other than that it's always a great time.
Would NOT recommend the drinks. They are overpriced, especially for them being 75% juice, 23% ice, and 1% liquor. Pizza and mozzarella sticks were a 3/10. Wings were AMAZING 9.5/10 If it weren't for the wings, it would be a 2 star.

Stood there waiting and waiting while the bartender and servers talked then didn’t seem happy when we wanted to order 🤨 Charged my card for someone else’s drinks. Okay whatever, mine were probably similar priced too & it was busy. I see the charge on my bank account. A few days later it’s a different number. The bartender gave himself his own tip, after making my very easy drink wrong the whole time. Beware of that.
