Door dashing and wanted to pick up a mobile order and was told I would have to go back around with an attitude before I could even finish my sentence.
Going back around also means that their other customers are waiting longer for their food and you would just be giving in this case three people poor customer service.
There is also no way this is policy as no other location has ever had an issue with this.

Waited at the counter for well over 5 minutes, just to be told that I HAVE to order from the kiosk. Meanwhile 2 employees just standing around, loudly complaining to each other. Then I was told if I dont like it, then I should come work here, and to "stop my bitching." Excellent example of terrible customer service.

She gave me 30+ and 30+ of fire and hot, I will never go to the Dewey location again You guys need to reconsider the staff you have there they’ve messed up the order the last four orders Every time I come here, they are amazing and know how to do their job and treat the customers
