Whoever made this Doritos Locos Tacos has some explaining to do as they got condiments(sour cream especially) everywhere but in the taco. I cant even pick it up without military grade gloves as this is the only time they've ever put thus much of anything on my taco. They better step it up

Let me start by saying I used to work at a Taco Bell so I can completely understand some part of this. However, my complaint here is. I'm unsure since it's been a while when I've ordered from Taco Bell. I forgot something simple something I know for a fact it sits right there up front. So I get to the second window when I ask if I can add something. She informs me she's not allowed to add anything at the second window and I have to go around the drive through once more in order to gain a $90 cent item that sits right next to the cash register anyways. Now under normal circumstances, if your drive through line was around the block and you were trying to make good drive through times and you were super busy, I could totally understand however, I'm the only vehicle in the drive through, besides the one that literally just pulled up to the speaker at the same time I asked for food and you're gonna make me drive around the loop again to get chips and cheese. Promise you I won't be back. I'll go somewhere else.That respects my time when I forget something so simple and easy to appease me

Walked in on a Sunday 10/12 during football. As I waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes before being greeted a small black guy with dreads started swearing yelling and running around the back of the store. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I ate my food in the dining room and continued to hear him swear and yell about nonsense. You get what you pay for $15/hr trash

This place is THE WORST. My family has eaten here approximately 7 or 8 times in the few years they have been open and they have messed up our order in some way every single time. We now go with the intention of having to go back through the drive thru or into the restaurant to get the order corrected. We check our order and then have to get it corrected. Literally every single visit. I love Taco Bell, but definitely don't expect them to get your order right the first time here.

First off the app refused to accept my.form.of payment, whether it be Google pay or an actual credit card. Went thru the drive thru with an order and they forgot half my box meal by the time I got home 20 minutes away. Drive-thru employee was super nice however.....whoever is preparing items in the back needs to be re-examined for their ability to read a screen. When you're missing burritos and tacos it gets quite annoying and everything looked as if it was in the bag. And these people want more than minimum wage. What a joke.

I just spent $90 on food tonight. I specifically asked for NO sour cream. The site of it makes me want to vomit. Now I just get home,and I'm starving. Now I have to watch my family eat while I watch. Thank you . I will never go to your location again. This is ridiculous that I wasted my money,and waited so long.

Very slow, they don't start making delivery orders until delivery person arrives which is a waste of my time and costs me money. half the time I don't even get acknowledged at the counter, they just walk by me like I'm not standing there.

Really good! Food was ready quickly, workers were totally nice even at a busy time of night, and my order was right and had all the sauces and everything! And frankly, I do a lot of customizations so really cool that they got it right :-) plus they made the cheesy potatoes really crisp and yummy! Thanks Taco Bell Chili Ave <3
