Disgusting and Rude. Health dept would have a field day in there!Dear operator don't bother "telling the manager" , it's pretty obvious they do not care. This is without a doubt the worst managed place around. It starts with the management to set the tone, the tone here is 'we don't give a ____". If the sales are not as good here as expected it's cause it's being run into the ground.

The gentleman that’s been at the window everyday this week that I have been here has been fantastic. It really is hard to find great customer service these days especially at a fast food establishment. I have been pregnant feeling and looking horrible so I haven’t been wanting to go into too many stores and Taco Bell has been hitting the spot. The food has been great, comes out quickly, but customer service the best. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

Surprised at the low rating. This taco bell has consistently been the best one I've been to aside from the hamburg location. Lockport is the absolute worst. Always use mobile order

I came to this location for dinner tonight. The wait wasn’t bad at all, contrary to some of the other reviews I’ve read. The service was okay, however the person taking my order was barely intelligible and I had to repeat my order at least 3 times before it showed up correctly on the drive thru screen. Once I got to the window, I paid and received my food and then drove home. Upon arriving at home I discovered that they did NOT include any sauce packets, which I did ask them to do (I know this because I repeated it 3 times) and the tacos were made poorly. There was barely any cheese or lettuce in them. As someone who works in the food industry, these reviews raise major concern. Corporate needs to start cracking down on these employees. I’m extremely sympathetic for people who are slammed and understaffed, or employees who are new on the job and haven’t learned the ropes yet. However, this is clearly not the case at this location. Just judging by the reviews, this has been going on for months and nothing has been done to change it.

Why all the bad reviews? Took my sons here for dinner after karate in the same plaza. Staff at the counter was very friendly, our food was hot and tasted fresh - not like it was sitting around for hours. The guy at the counter brought us coupons for freebies in the future too. I had a Crunchwrap supreme and was surprised at how good it was. My son had a steak grilled cheese burrito and he loved it. My other son had a Crunchwrap and he loved it.We will return in the future.

This one on chili is ghetto as hell the cashiers are rude and ignorant and they never get your order correct. I just spent 11 bucks on two tacos I tried calling the store and no one is answering. Please hire some people with class. I WILL NEVER GO TO this taco bell again

Horrible experience. My family and I were seeing a play at 7:30, and wanted to get dinner here before going. I placed a mobile order at 6:43. Got there about 10 minutes later. I sent my husband in to get the food. There were people in there who had been waiting over 35 minutes. We gave up and left at 7:20 with no food. After the play ended at 9:30, we came back and asked for the food we had paid for but left without. My husband and I went in and talked to the guy at the counter, who was nice about it and agreed to give us our food. Another employee told me he had definitely given me the order, but when I explained that I was not even the person who came to pick it up they remade it. Unfortunately, the order was wrong and my kids are vegetarians, but at this point we did not want to go back a third time so the kids still went home with no dinner. I would never recommend this location, and I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Some of the staff was clearly trying to do their best, but the management here should be ashamed of themselves.

I wish I could give it a 0 but can’t service was horrible didn’t get food for 20 minutes and when we ordered cinnamon twists they didn’t have them and never told us. When I finally went up there they were rude and didn’t want to give me back my money.

Sometimes can be hit or miss with the food (correct order, not a sloppy mess, etc, like every other taco bell) but employees are generally polite.

The worst Taco Bell location ever!! I went late at night and got the worst service I’ve ever received from any fast food chain. My food was cold and they didn’t care enough to give me my sauce. Mind you it was a small order. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Very disappointing. The three star review for this location is generous.
