Ordered 3 soft tacos with chicken and no sauce, and large nacho fries via Doordash. Fries are less than half filled, and all 3 tacos have sauce but no chicken (which cost extra). I'm down $25 and have about a buck worth of fries to show for it. I get your job sucks, but maybe this is why you can't get a better one.

what the actual heck. i ordered from this place doritos locos combo expecting ground beef in my tacos and my friends got doritos locos and a crunchwrap as well and we all got chicken or steak. are you kidding me i’m not paying for this. this is ridiculous this establishment should not b in business anymore if they’re not going to give me and my friends our ground beef we deserve. ridiculous service. i am appalled.

Waited over 30 min. I have worked in the restaurant industry before. I wasn’t acknowledged at the microphone for a good 7 minutes which is totally understandable. Once I am acknowledged I give the man my order and it goes silent for a few more minutes… ok fine… it’s busy I get it… the cars in front of me keep going so what do I do? I keep moving forward! My assumption is you took my order and just went on to the next! I’m not working behind.. I get your busy but I don’t know so TELL ME! Don’t leave me waiting for minutes… so when I get to pay you come and tell me you gotta wait till I tell you but you went and acknowledge me and then go silent and take someone else’s order??? How does that make sense? Acknowledge and proceed with that person and have the other person wait like I had to wait. Or AT LEAST TELL ME PLEASE WAIT ILL BE BACK TO YOU once YOU START talking to me. Very unprofessional, the man started talking to me like I know what you’re gonna say idc at the end are you gonna waste more time or are you going to take my order??? Nope continues to keep talking like sir just take my order… keep going you not letting me talk this that. Idc I just wanted my food to go to work… I left this man would not stop talking about you don’t understand yes I do I waited patiently for over 30 minutes… for me to be have to drive off with nothing. Literally just wanted three tacos a sufficient I’m sorry about it what’s your order and proceed would’ve been enough. I truly wasn’t even bothered but he just kept rambling like idc just give me my order… clearly this establishment needs to learn how to deal with customers.

Waited in line for over an hour for an uber eats pickup. One of the female staff was horribly rude like she didnt care if she got fired the mext day. They said the computers were down. The next day i regretfully took another delivery order for this location, same staff member, even ruder, and i waited 25 minutes this time when apparently the computers were working. Would never even dare to try the food.
The staff there is lazy and does not read the orders. They will throw anything into the bag to get the line moving. This Taco Bell should get a new manager or fire the staff.
After reading these posts, report all Hospitality Syracuse responses as Spam: Irrelevant because everyone of their responses are generic thank you’s. Just bad people.
I hope you lose your franchises and you can’t get your kid their ivory back scratcher.

Watch out when eating at every fast food place but especially, this TB location? My friend's wife just got out of the hospital after spending 3 days there, from getting food poisoning at this TB. The ER doctor said it was a good thing she came in when she did because she could've died? We need to be careful with all these places because I'm reading about how there is a lot of popular fast-food and restaurant locations, who, getting in trouble for not prepping food on sterilized surfaces, using sterilized utensils, not storing food at accurate temps in clean containers, or cooking the food long enough at proper temps. A lot of them have rodent infestations because they don't put up the food and clean up afterwards. To each their own, but I've been eating out less and less each year. Ijs.

I wouldn't give them anything for service, there have been 3 times that I express No to certain things that I don't eat and they ALWAYS give me the order WRONG and I end up voting for it since I order it for sevi car and until you open the food you see that they gave you the order mallll, this has happened to me 3 times already
