Very long wait time guy told me they usually make uber eats orders wait about an hour fealty really bad for the hungry customer would never order food from here as id expect it to have grown legs by the time its gotten to me as somone ordering food from here

Oh boy, if your favorite animal is the sloth then this place is for you. Because that is the speed at which you will get your food. I'm currently writing this from the drive through line, and it has been 30 minutes. Plus we did a mobile order soooooo we are kinda in it no matter what. Thanks Taco Bell at Mt Hope.

Entered the drive through at approximately 8:51 pm. After an over 15 minute wait to have my order taken, I got to wait 10 more minutes at 1st window to pay, & then another 7 at the 2nd window. My order is WRONG. Not a little bit wrong, but TOTALLY WRONG.

I have never once been disappointed by my food from this location! The staff has always been friendly, even during stressful busy times. Waiting for my food is always worth it here because I know it will be good service and flavor. Shout out to the late night staff who feed other night shift workers!!

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Sent me away without the food i already paid for. I showed up at the drive through having already placed a mobile order. There were maybe 2 cars in front of me. Waited like 15 minutes at the speaker, another car on the other speaker showed up and went through. I tried to get the attention of whoever was at the speaker but heard nothing so I drive up to the window. They told me I have to drive all the way around and go to the speaker again! I told them I was there for a long time and didnt have time to go through again. In the time we sat there debating this they probably could have gotten my order done. But they sent me away instead. Was never able to get my order that I PAID for and I couldn't believe how rude the staff was. Ive worked in fast food before, I know its stressful, but I also know that there is no reason I should have been treated the way I was.

Waiting in the restaurant this morning for over 20 minutes they finally took my order came back 5 minutes later just to tell me they had no eggs. Finally received my food went home to give to my kids and to my surprise my whole order was incorrect For it being a newer taco bell the place is DIRTY and understaffed the two staff members they do have seem like they dont want to be there . Probably should shut down until they get appropriate people to work.

Worst service ever. Waited for 2 hours and received the wrong order. Moreover, another item was missing. The problem is they didnt even refund me or reply to my concerns. Never ordering from this place again and I don't advise anyone to do so. Worst place ever. Service sucks!!!

Don't bother showing up after 1am. Sitting in the drive thru for 30min and there were only 4 cars. If you don't want to be open then just close.

Addendum: and the order was wrong anyway: I paid for a grilled cheese steak burrito and only got the mushy ground beef.
Ordered 2 vegetarian potato soft tacos from Taco Bell around 7pm last night. Got home, took a bite and found chicken instead. After a 12hr day I'm mad and sad. Why is it so hard to get a meat-free meal right? 💔🥲 #TacoBellFail #vegetarian
