The food is really good and I recommend going when it's not too busy because at peak times the lines are long. I recommend the different box deal menus which are very good for the price.
Drive through is always at least a 15 minute or longer wait. Every time..

We ordered 3 separate orders through the mobile app. At the drive through they turned us away saying that they couldn’t give 3 orders through the window so we had to go inside. I’ve gotten 3 orders through the window before but whatever. We went inside and waited a bit for our orders to be made. 2/3 orders were made in a semi decent time. My order was not ready for almost 30-40 minutes. We waited so long checking in, being told it was still being made. Finally I get really annoyed and walk up to the counter to finally find my bag there but they never called out my order. Super annoying to wait 40mins for FAST FOOD.
I ordered me a little baja blast slushy thingie and it was absolutely orgasmic i enjoyed it until the very last sip. my Cinnabon delights however were a tad bit overcooked which is why this one doesn’t get 5 stars. the worker was also very understanding after i had a mental breakdown over breaking my straw and gave me a new one FOR FREE.
Every time i get my food i need to go back because missing food 😑😑😑

WORST Taco Bell delivery I’ve had. $60 order, everything was customized and up charged. NONE of those items had anything extra or changed. MISSING CHIPS, & bowl is MISSING 1/2 of ingredients. 3 pieces of chicken, loads of rice, COLD beans & no pico or guac. Also asked delivery driver to pickup extra sauce. She was informed tons of sauce was in the bag. I had ZERO.

Here again today.. straight trash wait time.. ordered on the app..Been here multiple times and the wait is always ridiculous... Even if you order online.. If you have a half hour lunch do not stop here because you will be late back to work
