It is absolutely freezing in this restaurant. That is my only complaint. No heat is on. The seats are cold when you sit down. Everyone is eating with their coats and hats on.

I order delivery from here to my dorm every few weeks and I have to say the quality of food from this location blows almost every location I know back in NYC out of the water. The prices are great, the portions are excellent, and I don't know what's going on back in the kitchen but I genuinely believe some of the items I receive look even better than the pictures on the menu. I typically never write reviews but this place goes above and beyond and I wish the best for the worker who made my loaded nachos with potatoes last night at ~12:30 AM this Thursday.

This location is by far the best Taco Bell we've ever been to. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and professional, food was perfect and we have some picky eaters. The employees are younger kids but we had to go up to the counter again after eating and thank them for great service and food. You don't see many kids actually out there working so it was great to see and we commend them for doing such a great job. All wore gloves, hair was tied back/up, watched as two employees swept and wiped counters after making food. This location has some incredible staff. Thanks again, all!
Don't order the Mexican pizza. Twice now I have from this location an both times the beans taste spoiled. I have had no issues with a Mexican pizza from the victor or canandaigua location. Check your beans or your Mexican pizzas I couldn't even swallow my only bite ... disappointing because I love taco bell. I wasn't going to write this review after the first instance but 2nd time someone's gotta say something

Poor Service for Dine in Customers. Staff kept serving Drive thru orders and made us wait almost 45 min to get our food. They keep forgetting our order after so many reminders and we had to ask multiple times

Good food. But if you order on mobile, even if the app says "Being Prepared", it's not being prepared. Make sure you tell the front desk that you've arrived, for them to start making your order, which is a bummer.
