Consistency bad quality of food. Whether it be a burrito that looks like a rhombus or a Crunchwrap not even folded.

It is in a decent, safe area to eat peacefully. Even has several big retail stores very close by. If you order drive-thru for two or more people, check your order before you leave. They ALWAYS forget something in your order!!! Definitely needs some cleaning in the inside dine-in area and bathrooms.

1.Kitchen floor dirty with full staff. Didn't take pic, fb already has pic of floors
2. Waited 35 min for a pick up order
3. No one came and asked if I was being helped not once
4. Gave me the absolutely wrong order with Maryana's name on it then left the wrong order just sitting on the counter. Sorry I found your churros in my bag.
5. Put jalapeño sauce on my sons quesadilla, didn't even cut the quesadilla.
6. Manager did absolutely nothing to fix the horrible mess up. No apology for anything.
Just close the location.

This is easily the worst TB I've ever been too. Unfortunately for me, it's the closest one to where I live. However, I've decided that if I want it I'll have to drive farther to get it because I will NEVER return to the one on Dewey Ave. They constantly will take one order at a time in the drive thru and yes I understand they can only do what they can do. It doesn't seem necessary to have to sit at the speaker waiting to order or to tell them you're there to pick up an app order while the make the order for that one car and won't even talk to you till after that car has left the drive up window. So you make your customers wait forever just for you to CONSTANTLY get the order wrong and realistically who wants to go thru all that waiting again? To be honest, BK, Dairy Queen, Wendy's, KFC and McDonald's are all in the same couple blocks so I'll probably just skip the hassle of extended waits and wrong orders and go those places. I know you can get wrong orders everywhere but we have a good size family and use these places when time is a factor and the mistakes everywhere else are minimal and fixed with an apology and smile not attitude. I would love to actually speak to the OWNER of this location but whatever.

We live in the area and used to spend here often. This taco bell went way down hill. Could corporate maybe hire someone who could get their food right? Why pay to order it custom when no one gives a rats ass about how you want your food? 🙄

If I could give zero stars I would. Got to the drive thru at 924pm to the window at 1004pm to be told only doing preexisting orders we can't help you after being in line for over a half hour. Pathetic customer service! 🙄 stay away

I would give this location less than one star if I could. Every single time I’ve ordered on the app for delivery there has been multiple items missing and/or incorrect. It’s like the staff doesn’t really give a crap And the area coaches/GMs Are doing nothing to turn over the staff or teach and reinforce the expectations of a simple brand and product build.

Spent 15+ years in the restaurant industry and have the type of inconsistency and gross negligence, because I can’t really give it any other description, is Absolutely unacceptable. I really hope somebody does something about this place because I won’t be ordering again unless something changes NOW
