Staff needs training night shift staff are nasty would not let me order because the lobby was closed at 11pm. So I said can I walk through the drive through because I have a 18 wheeler. This young lady was so nasty in her response. NO YOU CAN NOT. Should never be nasty to truckers, especially when I know the drivers that deliver here....

Me and my buddy were on a treacherous journey to find somewhere that was open and willing to sell us a drink. Atlast, we came across this taco bell and ordered two Baja blasts through the drive-through only for them to bestow them upon us for free, after a long and tiring journey across the city. W taco bell, we shall never forget this act of generosity.

I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a little bit and I have to say the service has always been good, but today was outstanding!! Abbrina at the front was the nicest person ever and Trinity slamming out those delicious locos tacos for me!!! Thank you guys so much a awesome lunch!!

They turn the main lights off 4 hours before closing, say they will only do small orders, you can hear people yelling in the kitchen and on top of that they get your order wrong when your the only person in the drive thru

An hour and a half to Uber eat food. Taco Bell is less than 10 min from my house. People get mad on 30 min wait anywhere you go. Worst Taco Bell in Rochester ny. Every time I get food it takes FOREVER. I can get a wagyu steak at a restaurant in Vegas faster than a chalupa here.

Disappointed in the amount of steak they put in my taco, lady that answered the phone said “ yes, we split 1 cup into each of them “( they don’t want us giving you guys a lot meat )” leaving you with 2-3 small pieces of steak per taco. Didn’t resolve my order for more than 2-3 pieces in each. Won’t be going back .
