Ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and this is how they both came.. empty and just cheese not melted. I’m not sure what happened… I give service a 2 because the guy giving me the bag was nice and upbeat.

I just had a pleasant experience at Taco Bell they had a girl working the window pretty sure she's had her name was Abrina but my car was fairly loud she could have said Sabrina. I do apologize for getting her name possibly wrong. But she was super sweet I wasn't sure what something was called I wasn't sure that there's something apparently got taken off the menu and she was patient with me she was kind she was sweet. I just had to write this review to say Top Notch employee this girl deserves a raise she is awesome!

I picked up food today for a coworker and I must say the service was quick,the lady that was working the window helped me,her name was Isabel, So nice to be greated with a smile and ask if she can make the drink for me as she noticed I had no idea what drink my coworker wanted and how to make it. Thank you it's the small things that make someones day! We need more customer service people like you!! Place was extremely clean ,very impressed by all.

I was about to write a bad review about when I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order, got all the way home and had to drive back to tell them. But when I drove back and showed the kid in the hat and glasses my receipt versus what they gave me he addressed it with the drive through which was good because they needed to know they messed up but then he prepared my meal fresh and quickly! He even gave me the wrong food. So I was pleased of the service of that guy, thank you for making it right.

Most of my order was missing. I tried reaching out to customer service for the app. There's no way to get a human. I can fill out a form. But there's no way to get a refund for my missing food.
This is the restaurant that made my food. So I feel like they should be somewhat responsible.
The food was really good, hot and fresh. It was served by a friendly stay with little wait time in the drive thru.
