I ordered food from here using the app and got delivery.
Most of my order was missing. I tried reaching out to customer service for the app. There's no way to get a human. I can fill out a form. But there's no way to get a refund for my missing food.
This is the restaurant that made my food. So I feel like they should be somewhat responsible.

I got food from here an hour before they close and all 3 of my tacos had stone cold meat and the soft shells were so stale they were ripping as I was holding the taco. Horrible, horrible service

I ordered 3 hard tacos no lettuce and steak quesadia?. Steak quesadia was missing and the tacos had lettuce. When the food came it was cold ❄. You have lost my business

2 stars because the food was good. Also 2 stars because I could have gone to a sitdown restaurant for as long as we had to wait. 45 minutes for a $20 order is unacceptable. Especially when you see 100 cars go through the drive thru and no one inside being taken care of. Last time this happened I let it go. This is the 2nd time in a row now. Wish there was a taco bell in Spencerport 😞

And someone approached the counter to take our order without much of a wait!! (while other locations didn't have anyone available to take out order so we used the self checkout)
They changed the tables and chairs to hard wooden seats that loudly drag across the floor. NOT comfortable.

Worst Taco Bell in all of Rochester. Services is incredibly slow. Here right now and have been waiting for over 25 minutes for my food. There are 4 people working. Food is great as it is Taco Bell. Dinning room is always dirty. Hardly any clean tables sauces are always out and the drink area is always a mess.
