I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a little bit and I have to say the service has always been good, but today was outstanding!! Abbrina at the front was the nicest person ever and Trinity slamming out those delicious locos tacos for me!!! Thank you guys so much a awesome lunch!!

They turn the main lights off 4 hours before closing, say they will only do small orders, you can hear people yelling in the kitchen and on top of that they get your order wrong when your the only person in the drive thru

The wait after 11pm is terrible!!!! You can put a online order in and still sit in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes!!!🤦🏻♂️

An hour and a half to Uber eat food. Taco Bell is less than 10 min from my house. People get mad on 30 min wait anywhere you go. Worst Taco Bell in Rochester ny. Every time I get food it takes FOREVER. I can get a wagyu steak at a restaurant in Vegas faster than a chalupa here.

Disappointed in the amount of steak they put in my taco, lady that answered the phone said “ yes, we split 1 cup into each of them “( they don’t want us giving you guys a lot meat )” leaving you with 2-3 small pieces of steak per taco. Didn’t resolve my order for more than 2-3 pieces in each. Won’t be going back .

Well, as someone who loves Taco Bell from the 90's- 2000's. I was pretty disappointed that my order that I ordered online was not only incorrect there were many incorrect tacos with my order. Thankfully I decided to dine-in and was able to quickly correct the issue.Unfortunately this is a common occurrence when ordering from this establishment on West Ridge Rd Rochester/Greece. I order online and on the kiosk and most times there is an issue one way or another. This Taco Bell is the closest one to me ..... Hahahah I have rewards points that I am not even looking forward to using.Oh well, I am sure they will be used eventually.

I ordered two chicken Cantina tacos thank you. They came out completely pulverized. Dust. When I brought them in, I was told they come out that way. I will never be ordering there again and the staff definitely needs to be retrained on how to make tacos because every place else gets that order right except here
