I had the most DISGUSTING experience at Taco bell. If the restaurant has closed early that is acceptable but please do not accept mobile orders online or ARGUE with customers through the drive Thur speaker and window. It was the most unprofessional and Traumatic experience dealing with someone so childish that they did not acknowledge me until I was kindly telling a fellow patron they were closed and the girl in the picture got very aggressive and argumentative with me as she nor the other 2 employees were able to acknowledge me prior to me speaking with the other customer there. I do not feel safe going to this location as my order was made online and the unnecessary aggression and unprofessional behavior that came from this young girl does not make me feel safe with the information that I used to place my order. I hope she isn't allow to view customers information as she does not seem professional enough to make sane decisions with that information.

Tried two times to get food from the drive thru. Last time waited over 15 minutes at the speaker and gave up. Tonight I waited behind a car that was waiting as well to place an order at the speaker. Gave up after 5 minutes of no movement. I have never seen a fast-food restaurant ran so poorly in my life. Absolute embarrassment.

The last 3 times I've came here they have simply failed to check the bag and make sure everything is in the bag. And this time every peice of lettuce was wilted and soggy wet which soaked thru the tortillas. To drive 20 minutes home to then open the bag and realize you've been robbed 3 times now is ridiculous. I've missed a total of 6 items from 3 trips. 2 each order. It should not be this difficult to focus on your work and not your phones or rushing it through the line. They don't even ask if u want sauce anymore or give u napkins you'd think they could at least give you what you pay for.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a mobile order and got to the window and was told “just so you know, we’re out of beef for the night.” Okay, fine. When I told them I had placed a mobile order they then proceeded to tell me “yeah, so, I don’t have beef, the beans for the 5 layers you ordered, or rice”. So, you’re still open for over an hour and you don’t have any of the items that make up 60% of the choices on your menu? Do better. Absolutely ridiculous.
