Taichi Bubble Tea, Ramen and Poke Bowl - Pittsford

There is handicapped parking right at the door. But, going in there are no blue buttons to activate the doors. Once inside, it is accessible for dining and the restrooms.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I made a mistake in my order. I tapped the option for dining in, when I needed it to go. The clerk quickly said no problem and took care of it and soon I was out the door.
There wasn't a lot of people, so it was a quite environment to talk with someone if dining in.
They have two stations in the front where you can order drinks, or food. Or there is someone at a cash register if you need to do it that way.
The place seemed neat and tidy, even in the restroom! I will return here, as it has a fast ordering system, plenty of dining options and a quite environment.

Bad service.
In the last month, we’ve had two takeout orders that were incorrect, and it’s really frustrating to find out after we’ve already gotten home.

On one occasion, I ordered two Assam milk teas to go, but when I got home, I discovered both were Taro milk tea instead.

On another occasion, I ordered two Assam milk teas with tapioca, but neither drink had the tapioca.

Came here on a very cold night, hungry and a bit crabby. Very helpful staff, quick service, ordered chicken miso ramen bowl, just what I needed.

The food is really fresh and the drinks are great. I visit this location weekly and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

The environment was great, very family and friends friendly. Lots of tasty snack, drinks, ramen, burritos, and salads.

Food and drink are good, but service are terrible. Let people wait around without help. Disappointed in the service, will only ho to the taichi in irondequoit from now on

I had the beef ramen and green milk tea and omg it was so good. the seating area was also cozy and the service was great. highly recommend.

Boba is always fun! We had the tai tea with tapioca boba.

Unfortunately, I Can’t say I cared for the Ramen, would not recommend but I also accept that could be personal taste. I’d prefer Roc Pho, or Boba Mi over this…However, my friend who dined with loved her poke bowl.

I waited for my order no problem. There was a young Caucasian girl wearing a hat with two bangs sticking out in front of her face and she was mopping. I felt so bad walking in while she was mopping I didn’t want to step anywhere she just mopped. I was even bumbling around not knowing where to go and she even told me where to go wait. When I got my order I went to go purchase something on top of my order it was ice cream so I wanted to wait until my order was ready and because she had to come cash me out and stop mopping she wanted to sigh and roll her eyes! and when I asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me the refusal of the name already proves my point. Very nasty customer service!

I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!

Excellent local business for bubble tea! Chill atmosphere, with music and plenty of seating. Usually not too busy.

The food is bland and kiosks dont honor or accept the discount coupons . Kiosk overcharged and the manager refused to refund the overcharge

The atmosphere was terrific. Famiky friendly, great food, and reasonable prices. Try their mango bubble tea while you're there!
