I had the beef ramen and green milk tea and omg it was so good. the seating area was also cozy and the service was great. highly recommend.
I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!
My 1st experience was good. I got a veggie burrito which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They explained the menu in detail. Will definitely be back.
Bubble tea and food was decent. The service was not the greatest. because I wasn’t familiar with the food ordering. Instead of being helpful they were rude. Talking about me whilst I sat and ate. I was very uncomfortable and left in a hurry. Maybe its a small town mindset but it was not pleasant

We are travelling from out of town/country, and crave some bubble tea tonight, and found this place. We had the ramens, poke box, and bubble teas, all are very tasty and comforting. The ramens are surprisingly good! The bubble teas were very tasty as well, and not too sweet which are perfect. Definitely a comfort place within walking distance from the Strong Museum that we want to come by again.

i got fried chicken and there was a piece of hair in my sauce. I also got strawberry ice cream with it. And that was good. THE CASHIER WAS AMAZING THO LOVED HER❤️
Taichi bubble tea was a nice experience. It has a great look to it with lots of decoration, several seating spaces, and a wide variety of tea options.
Would go again.

Taichi provides consistent great tea in a fun and cozy environment. They have board games to play as you drink and dine. Great variety of flavors and teas to try! BEST BUBBLE TEA IN UPSTATE NY!
Yummy and affordable
Good food but cheese foam is very lackluster, couldn't even taste it. Boba is okay
Their bobba is nice but the poke was VERY bland 😔
