Food was good. But the driver was rude. He had an attitude before we even said hello and was very unfriendly. Food was good but I don't know if I'd wanna deal with the delivery driver again.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The woman on the phone was the most rude, unhelpful person I had worked with. I had a question regarding a food allergy and I was continually talked over, given an attitude and my question was not even answered. She also complained that she had been on the phone dealing with me for too long. Customer service is part of running a restaurant. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Don't know who wrote a bad review but this place is such a young hot place to go and the food is great! Only reason I gave four stars is because they forgot my peppers a few times I've gone. But they have huge portions so it makes up for it.

Awful food! The "ginger chicken" was unseasoned and boiled. It was hacked to pieces with the bone in so there were bone shards throughout the meat making it inedible. The rice tasted old and reheated and the vegetables were freezer burned. I could not eat any of it and had to throw it away outside because the smell was extremely pungent after opening.

Delivery was incredibly quick but that's about the only star I can give here. The lo mein was bland and mushy, the red curry was watery and gross. The only thing that was worth eating was the pork fried egg roll. Too greasy in my opinion but that's to be expected. Would not recommend or return.

We ordered from Tai Chi using Grubhub and were immediately very pleased by how quickly it was delivered. About 30 minutes earlier than predicted! Plus, the prices were VERY reasonable. The food was good. Nothing special, but pretty decent. We got the General Tso's Tofu combo, which came with a choice of either rice or lo mein, and choice of an egg roll, soda, or soup. The tofu had a pretty decent flavor, but I don't think it was marinated, because the flavor was ONLY on the outside. Once you bit into the tofu, it was pretty flavorless. The vegetable lo mein and vegetable egg roll were good though. We also ordered egg drop soup on the side, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would say that Thai Chi Lunch Box is definitely a solid choice for Chinese take-out!
