after a long day me and my friends decided to go to taichi, as soon as we walked in this one specific worker looked mad. We politely ordered and when I tasted my drink it tasted like sink water.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. The girl who took my order seems like she couldn’t care less about me as a customer. There was nothing wrong with the food or drink. It was good but between that first interaction and the girl who gave me my food being on her phone watching videos when I was asking questions about the utensils and the straws that were seemingly in her area behind the counter… I will choose the Irondequoit or grease locations over this one any day.

Yesterday at 3:00 pm, we went their shop and ordered two drinks. Not even an hour later, the waiter asked us to leave because we didn’t order food. Back then, the shop had plenty of seats. Even if they asked us to leave when there were no seats left, we wouldn’t have gotten angry. This is my first time writing a review, and I will never come here again.

I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!

I love their sushi burritos, and their ingredients are fresh every time. I can never complain about the quality. However, for 15.99 a burrito, they could be a little less stingy with their spicy mayo 🫤
This used to be a favorite go to spot for rice bowls, but they have messed up our order the last two times. At $15 a bowl, to get the wrong ingredients is frustrating (plus I tip for my takeout!). I order at the kiosk up front, then wait at the end of counter. People after me were getting their orders so I asked where mine was because I could see the staff just restocking or doing nothing, and it was sitting up front with the online orders. No one called out the number. Disorganized service, poor literacy, and need to learn the difference between sushi egg and mango...

Awful customer service. Very off putting and rude here. They seem to purposely take their time getting your food ready. I am a delivery driver picking up other people’s food, and I don’t get paid to wait an extra 10 minutes for an order that is now late because of this restaurant, as they still do not have it ready. The young girl with working tonight was THE WORST. I showed you my phone with the name of the customer, you said it wasn’t ready and would be at the end of the counter when it came out, then it came out and the guy showed it to you before setting it in the front, then you let me keep sitting there without saying hey here’s the order you are waiting for for no reason. Trashy establishment. I will never get drinks from here again, nor pick up orders from here to deliver either.

Thos is my usual go to restaurant and I always like my food really spicy but the tend to fail my order ls every time. I order usually a spicy miso. I understand labor could be hectic i work in the restaurant industry myself but at least I make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving. I'm always make sure that uncharges for my order are received everytime I order but yet they never seem to accept it. I just want some sides of spicy sauce or extra items on my ramen is all and never shows up correctly every time. I guess I just might have to find another location.
