Had a poké bowl here a couple weeks ago. It was very good. Very polite workers. Would definitely go there again and try other things from their expansive menu.

I get the boba tea probably more often than I should. They are fast and the customer service is great! They are also understanding when it comes to making things vegan and if anything is off they are super apologetic.

The drink I ordered was Thai cold tea but we have ordered this drink a lot and always got it right this time the girl was rude and didn’t know how to make the drink. The drink should be an orange sunset color not black. I am very disappointed in what had happened I will never go there again. Bc how childish the crew is.please fix the problem.

Haven’t been to this location and I should’ve went to my regular one down road. Doors were not unlocked at opening so I called to confirm hours. Went to door twice and it was locked. Young lady answered the phone and said “The doors are unlocked I’m looking at them.” What does her eyes have to do with coming to the door and letting a customer in? There were two others who went to the door before my exiting my vehicle. So I walked around to the back came in and a gentleman was unlocking the door. I asked him if he just unlocked the doors HE LIED and said “no, the right was unlocked and the left was locked.” I pulled both doors! Those doors were locked and I’ll stick to my regular Thai Chi. I don’t like to be insulted. Usually leave a $5 tip as well. Today I left none.

after a long day me and my friends decided to go to taichi, as soon as we walked in this one specific worker looked mad. We politely ordered and when I tasted my drink it tasted like sink water.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. The girl who took my order seems like she couldn’t care less about me as a customer. There was nothing wrong with the food or drink. It was good but between that first interaction and the girl who gave me my food being on her phone watching videos when I was asking questions about the utensils and the straws that were seemingly in her area behind the counter… I will choose the Irondequoit or grease locations over this one any day.

Yesterday at 3:00 pm, we went their shop and ordered two drinks. Not even an hour later, the waiter asked us to leave because we didn’t order food. Back then, the shop had plenty of seats. Even if they asked us to leave when there were no seats left, we wouldn’t have gotten angry. This is my first time writing a review, and I will never come here again.
