I’ve had nothing but good experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. The girl who took my order seems like she couldn’t care less about me as a customer. There was nothing wrong with the food or drink. It was good but between that first interaction and the girl who gave me my food being on her phone watching videos when I was asking questions about the utensils and the straws that were seemingly in her area behind the counter… I will choose the Irondequoit...

I live in Rochester NY and this is my favorite restaurant. I go to the one in college town or in Henrietta. The food is outstanding! I can have my rice bowls and teas any way I want them. The ingredients are always fresh and cold, and taste perfect!

I love their sushi burritos, and their ingredients are fresh every time. I can never complain about the quality. However, for 15.99 a burrito, they could be a little less stingy with their spicy mayo 🫤
