Purchased sesame chicken at this location and paid two dollars extra for meat and I got a regular size maybe even smaller than what you normally get after I paid extra and the chicken is so hard and when you break it open it looks like fried dough with sesame sauce on it and seeds. I called the place and all she could say is no one ever complains about our sesame chicken I don’t know what you’re talking about instead of saying bring it back. Let me see it and let me try to fix it. What kind of business is this? I have no idea but you’re selling fried dough basically With sesame sauce on it and sesame seeds. I just can’t believe all she could just keep doing is repeating herself how good their food is and no one complains but looking at some of these reviews, I don’t think so. these Chinese restaurant owners need to do better. I do not recommend this restaurant to nobody if you want your moneys worth.

I ordered chicken and broccoli, which comes with white rice, but I asked them to just not give me rice because I can’t eat it…and I got charged EXTRA for the change. I’m sorry, I understand not getting a price reduction for asking to remove something from a meal, but I absolutely shouldn’t have been charged extra for a dietary restriction that would result in less work on your part. Absolutely do not get food here. It’s not worth it.
Zero stars but unfortunately not allowed. Crunchy rice, expired soda, old tasting bourbon chicken, missing meal, horrible phone service. After calling and speaking to several people they were only willing to refund the 2ltr soda. All I wanted was the refund for the one missing meal and 2ltr. I spent $105. I will never go there again. I was going there for over 5yrs but I think they must have new owners. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any place. Never again!!!!

Zero stars but as you know we have to select one. I spent $105. Crunchy rice, missing a whole shrimp fried rice combo, bourbon chicken tasted old, soda tasted like soap come to find out it was expired, I said no veggies on Lo Mein and got veggies.Worse experience ever. I used to go here all the time and food was always good. I would call and get my order taken right away without a problem. Today I had to repeat myself 5X and they still got my order wrong. I called to complain about my one combo missing and expired soda. I wasn’t even going to mention the crunchy rice or old tasting bourbon chicken but after being told to hold for the manager then getting someone that wasn’t the manager after I explained my issue again the lady said hold for the manager again left me on hold for 3min and then they disconnected the call. I called back then got a call back with not a manager who said I only ordered 2 meals. Then she said I had to go to the store to get a refund for just the soda. Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again.

The place is dirty. Dirt on the walls and products stored on the floor throughout. Compared to pre-pandemic times, service is slow and portions smaller. Prices are up as well. I still eat there, but I wish they would clean it up. There is still a poorly constructed plexiglass barrier at the counter. That thing can go.

Absolutely horrible service. Paid for a $70 order andI didn't get all of my order. When I called them them to correct the order they called me a liar and was very rude. Also their food tastes like trash.
