This place needs to be shut down immediately. They are giving Rochester's prized staples a bad name. I got the garbage plate and it was terrible. I'm not sure what meat it was but it wasn't real burger. The original has 2 cheeseburgers but this only has one. The hot sauce was nowhere near the original. The fries were undercooked and luke warm at best. The burger was luke warm, the cheese wouldn't even melt on it. Steer clear from here. If you are not from Rochester then please do not judge our food by eating this terrible imposter.

$24 for a cheese burger, fries and drink. The burger was the same quality you would get in an elementary school lunch and didn't come with lettuce, tomato, or onion. Waste your money elsewhere.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the employees. I was not impressed at all with the White Dog and Spicy(not spicy at all) meat sauce. Maybe it's just a taste variation thing. But I didn't care for it. But the ladies working the register and making the hotdogs were super nice and explained everything to me. I wish I could remember their names. But one was even in a hotdogs costume and really doing their best to make sure the customers were happy and felt welcomed. Both of these ladies were doing a wonderful job and really seemed to be happy to meet everyone coming in.

Absolute worst hot dog and burger I have ever had. I am not picky on frozen food or bread that isn’t fresh but this was the worst frozen food and stale bread I have ever had. Fries were disgusting as well. They were frozen and soggy. $80 for a family of five. Disgusting. Worst of all, they were rude and refuses to give any refund.

This is an embarrassing excuse of a depiction of the "Taste of ROC" I can't belive this is what the airports depiction of ROC food is. Can't belive Salvatores Red Osier and Zweigles cosigned on this. Mac salad was a overcooked mush One scoop of hot sauce for a plate. Oh and maybe a real beef patty. Horrible go to B Gate.

I paid $15 for a hotdog and French fries and it was not worth the value. The meat to bun ratio was off. French Fries were hot but unbelievable to pay $7 for frozen French fries. Everyone who was working looked miserable and was not welcoming or friendly. Will not be back.
