It’s with regret and disappointment that I write this review. While I have been a customer of Carmine’s for my entire life (I’m 43), I can say that today was the day that severed that long term bond with a family favorite. I hope that you, as the New York department of health read this review in its entirety. To start, and to be brief, the food was as expected, hot, decent and enough to make the family happy at a relatively low cost. Our pizza was good, chicken fingers and fries were good, quesadilla and chips were good... eggplant parm sub was respectable. My complaints are as follows; The drink machine is touch screen. From the time we got our drinks, I saw someone sneeze and another cough on it. No employee cleaned it at any time. How would you ask could someone cough or sneeze ON the touch screen drink machine you ask? Because people were walking around with no masks on. Now, understand... one of the closest tables was occupied by (6) older women who were enjoying their lunches. These same women, who are in one of the highest risk age groups for COVID also were some of the people walking around without their masks on. Watching three of the women walk to the bathroom with no mask (walking past my family with their masks either in their hand or addicted to this waist each time irked me. The next table over, they had someone up and walking around without a mask either. While I was hoping it would end there, it didn’t. When I walked to the counter to say something to the manager (who was to busy to talk to me due to a catering order until I said I’m reporting them to the department if health), I saw that neither cook (2) and multiple (3) of the people serving food had third noses covered by their mask. When I brought this up to the manager she cut me off and said I needed to talk to someone else and went to get that person. Intro Mark. Coming from doing something in the back, Mark came out with glasses steamed and dripping sweat with his mask also down and barely covering even his mouth. I proceeded to explain to mark why I was upset, what I had witnessed (even including people sitting at restricted tables to help with social distancing), and also called out that I wasn’t surprised because as the manager, he was breaking the tiles. I let mark know that these rules are in place for everyone’s safety and that him standing within (6) feet of me not even wearing his mask appropriately isn’t leading by example. Realizing that after being told, he pulled up his mask and said would meet with people ( which he did before my family and I even left). He spoke to the first woman I had engaged with, however, no one in the kitchen or people serving food by the time we left. Understand, you are putting my family at risk. These rules are not optional and when followed with help everyone. These egregious violation‘s are an example of something that should be highlighted to the New York State Department of health as well as talked about on social media and traditional news channels so that others can enjoy a safe dining experience when dining out in our local restaurants Carmines blatant disregard for following the rules during this difficult time. My family at risk and as such I will hold them responsible should we have issues with Covid. It’s disgusting that I even have to write this review however I do hope that it shines light on an establishment that for years has done well yet is not following the rules anymore. You have permanently lost my family’s business. Please excuse any typos, I’m on mobile.

The staff was not helpful at all. They were too busy on their phones. We stood there waiting to walk down an isle as a worker took her time straightening a shelf and talking to other employees and totally ignored us...

The food was absolutely delicious and my server Lisa was amazing and attentive. The prices are great and are even pretty good for the bottled beers and wines. Great food and great service is always a winning combination and I will be returning for more of both.

This restaurant holds the best Italian food! If you have never been, you need to! Every single time I have ever been to Mamma G's, shortly after they opened, I have been so grateful for the Italian experience they provide. Their food is amazing; the very best Italian food, every time! Beyond their food, each and everyone of them provide the most open and caring dining experience. They are all so kind and caring. Their family oriented environment and delicious food make

I am extremely disappointed with this business and the people that run it. Last week I attempted to pick up stools that a friend had claimed on FB and when I got there they discovered they had posted it wrong and couldn’t give them to her for the price she had already paid. The only thing they had to say was sorry, we messed up, but I can’t honor what I posted. I tried to give them a second chance, today I claimed a tent on FB and they responded with a see you soon. Myself and coworkers have been eating from the Texas road Henrietta Rochester ny for almost three years. I placed an order at 3:03pm and specifically told them I will like for my food to be ready by 5pm so I parked on the to go spot for 30min and nobody came over so I asked the so called manager if he can check what is going on with my order. He left and never came back to me for like another 20minutes so I went back to him again and asked what is going on he then ask me again for my name and phone number again. He said to me are you sure you order from this location and I said this is the only location that I buy food.He said I can't find you in the system you can go in and reorder. To cut long story short ,I waited for 4 and half hours. And when this young lady brought the food and said here.I said let me check to make sure you have everything in the bag. I found out they were missing some items she went in and brought them.So I asked her do you have anything to say to me, her response was what? Sorry have a great day and started laughing. Its sad because Thursdays and Fridays all the nurses order from the Texas road house. This not the first time this happened that is why I have to right this review. There was no apology from the so called manager. The first time, the lady manager did apologize so I couldn't be mad at her. This guy shouldn't be a manager he has no proper customer service and I doubt if we will ever do business with them. You should see how the food was packed horrible I'm not exaggerating.

We got take out the other night and it was excellent. We ordered the family pack of chicken fingers, salad, mashed potatoes, rice and rolls. There was so much food we ate it for three days. Also ordered sirloin tips and the were cooked perfectly. The other dinner was country steak which was huge and delicious. This is our third time getting take out from here during the virus shut down and they did an outstanding job every time!

Disappointed to say the least. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was empty with the exception of one other couple and the 2 employees working. I was really looking forward to grabbing a good smoothie. We ordered the Açaí Berry Smoothie (without banana) and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. They took 15 minutes to come out, which is entirely too long for some simple smoothies. The Strawberry Banana was decent, tasted just like one should, but not anything excellent. The Açaí Berry was just about the blandest smoothie I've ever had. It tasted like watered down almond milk. For a smoothie that's supposed to have açaí, strawberry and pineapple, you would think it would have some sort of flavor. I drank about 1/3 of before throwing it out, because it was just about pointless to continue drinking. On top of that, at $7 a smoothie, they better be excellent. Certainly not worth the price. The restaurant itself is very clean, has a nice seating area and seems to have a good variety of menu items. Love to concept of local and fresh food, but very poorly executed.

Hubby and I love Texas Roadhouse. Whenever in the states it’s our mission to eat at one. This one was just, ok. Server was great! Food was just, ok. Hubby ordered the 20 oz ribeye. When it can out it definitely did not look 20oz. My smothered chicken was great but the potato wasn’t cooked. The table next to us had an issue with their steak as well. No biggie. The beer was ice cold. Don’t think we will be back to this location again.

We waited 45 minutes to get seated, which wasn't horrible because I called ahead. I had a glass of water with my dinner, and my glass was filthy...you could feel it on the outside of the glass. The menus are left on the tables at all times, which our menus were dirty. The whole place seems to have gone downhill. My husband and I both ordered the bone-in rib eye, medium rare, and it came out with no pink in it at all. The beer was cold, but again the glasses weren't clean. Our waitress did a great job, and was very friendly.

Normally when I have family in town, we never go to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Why? Because of the peanut issue. With a family member with a peanut/tree nut allergy, we just never want to step into the premises. And now I can see why. There are peanuts and shells and peanut dust all over the place. But I went to meet a couple of former co-workers and so was able to see what was happening there. I didn't know about the biscuits/rolls which are offered at the start and can keep getting refilled as often as you want. Delicious and very addictive. I only had the grilled shrimp appetizer which was done very well. I would perhaps try something more substantial next time. At any rate, we had a terrific server who was kept so busy by my friends refilling drinks and bringing more rolls, etc. He was patient and very good-natured. An extremely pleasant young man who deserved every dollar of his tip. It was very busy and it looked like everything in the restaurant was under control. A friend had the salmon which did look wonderful. I'll try that next time.
