I really felt like barbecue tonight so decided to order takeout from the outlaw potato on Ridge road which is only 3 minutes from me.. The whole ordering process and the pickup process couldn't have gone any easier. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw, baked beans, and a corn muffin. Overall the food was good. The muffin was great, very tender, moist and full of rich corn flavor. The coleslaw had a lot of flavor and the beans were very tasty, but a bit sweet for my liking. I was disappointed in the sandwich though. First of all I got there five minutes early from when they said it would be ready. When I pulled up they had it all bagged and ready to go. My sandwich in the container was disassembled or had all come apart. No biggie, I can throw the meat back on. The meat was cold and was very skimpy, which surprised me for a bbq restaurant. They usually pile on the meat. It barely covered the lack luster burger style roll. Good thing they gave me extra sauce because without it the meat would have been very dry. I only live 3 minutes away, so the meat wasn't very warm when the sandwich was built. They are so close and convenient, so I may give them another chance, hopefully they learn from this review and do a better job of making a sandwich the next time.

First time experience. Ordered the Shack Pack which was full order of ribs, choice of meat - we choose pulled pork, 4 sides: mac n cheese, corn, Cole slaw and baked potato loaded. We were given a bottle of bbq sauce and 2 rolls and 2 corn muffins. The ribs were fall off the bone, moist and good. Not a fan of burned- burnt on the rib. Mac n cheese was good. Corn was horrible oily with no flavor. Cole slaw was good. Pulled pork good. Nothing was mind blowing, but solid good. Would be order again if in the mood for bbq? Yes, because it's convenient and maybe it was simply an off day. Oh, the potato was exceptional.

First time and got it delivered! Everything came neatly packaged without spills. We split a three meat combo plate and found it to be more than enough food for two. I thought the pulled pork was on the sweeter side, which I didn't mind and the pulled chicken was quite moist with a tangy flavor. The beef wasn't the prettiest girl at the party, but it was my boyfriend's favorite out of the three for its smokiness. The meal came with two sides and corn bread. The baked beans were a win for both of us. The broccoli and cheese casserole was comforting, but next time we will switch it up to something different. The corn muffin was tasty but really sweet. I didn't mind this, but they did remind me more of a sweet glazed breakfast muffin or a corn cake, just in case you like your corn bread more on the savory side. That being said it was not dry and definitely had flavor. A huge plus was the price, which is quite affordable compared to other big bbq spots locally.

A small drive through place, I've read about it a lot but have never really had the circumstance to be in Greece. Ordered online, got the outlaw potato with brisket. I arrived 10 min early but the food was pretty much ready. The portion size is huge. Brisket was more minced and slightly dry but had good flavor. It was a little bit sweeter than I personally like. there was a sizable portion on top of the large potato. Oddly, the bacon on the potato for me kind of more competed than complimented the brisket. I think next time I would be happier with just the potato without the extra meat. The baked potato with fixings was more than enough to fill me up and make me satisfied. Worth coming back - if I am ever in Greece again.

Drive thru BBQ, what could be better? We had an awesome meal from the Potato shack... I ordered ahead online (and it was super easy)... it allows you to register what time you will be there and the food was ready right on time. We had ribs, pulled chicken and sides (Cole Slaw, Mac and Cheese, Beans, Cornbread and a Cowboy potato)... and it was all really great. To be honest, I am not a BBQ enthusiast but the Outlaw Potato Shack just might change that. If you are looking for great BBQ in greece... you should get takeout from here!

This place was so good! I got the outlaw potatoe with extra pulled pork. It came with sour cream, melted cheese, chives and a side of BBQ sauce. It was so big and had a ton of flavor. I shared it and we still couldn't eat it all. It was totally worth every penny. I can't wait to have my daughter try it because she loves potatoes and I'm already craving it again. Lol!

I have been ordering here a lot since Covid and I absolutely love their food! Reminds me of home and the last time I ordered I was genuinely confused as to how QUICK it came! Blew my mind, food was hot and fresh, more importantly delicious. 5/5 every time! Mashed potatoes with gravy are a must too (:

Cafeteria Style Dinner Meal with a price tag; let me explain ... Decided to order dinner from here for my Father's 60th birthday since it was closer to home than the Spencerport location. We have always had fantastic meals from the Spencerport location so didn't think anything of it. We ordered around 1pm for a pick up at 6:15 knowing the current circumstances of people ordering out... order was ready timely. However, when we got home, the portion sizes weren't anything close to what we normally received from the Spencerport location. The food looked like something I would get at a cafeteria, right down a scoop shaped plop of meat in the styrofoam container. To say I was disappointed is an understatement - the look on my father's face when he opened his to-go box literally broke my heart. Definitely not what I had planned for his 60th birthday. The food was good, but definitely not worth the $40+ that I paid for it. If you get a platter, make sure you order the cattle drive so you can get some protein; if you get the outlaw potato with shredded chicken make sure to order extra meat or you will be pretty disappointed. This location is good for lunch or the outlaw potato, but if you want a dinner portion, definitely don't bother. We ordered: 1 - wrangler platter: chopped beef, corn, baked beans 1 - cattle drive platter: chopped beef, pulled pork, mac&cheese, corn 1 - outlaw potato w/ pulled chicken 1 - outlaw potato w/ pulled pork

Tryed to order for pick up he picked up put phone down never said a word was ten minutes,called back he did the same thing,never said a word just out phone down,after 17 minutes I get i my car I live 3 mins away,I pull up it’s empty he sitting down on his phone,?the food was terrible, very cold,ribs was shredded,45 dollars wasted ..first and last time
Beyond upset!!! Look them up online and see they close at 7PM (meaning last customer at 7PM). Drive from Greece near Dewey to them and I get there at 6:20 and was told they are about to close and they are out of potatoes but if they had them it would still take like 35 minutes to cook them. Is that how a business is managed? Hope boss sees message and cares to reply. Never mind read some responses given to others and looks like he doesn't care anyway. Not even bothering on going back.

I have driven by this location a bunch of times but finally decided to stop. It was a cold snowy day and there is nothing better than hot food especially a nice baked potato and I didn't have to leave the comfort of my car. The man who took my order was super friendly and helpful. The potato is the biggest I have ever seen and topped high with toppings. It was enough for two meals. I am not usually one to eat the skin of the potato but this potato was amazing! There was nothing left behind in my container when I was done. Thank you I had an excellent lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back again!

Huge potatoes. Didn't know they grew that big, unless they are genetically modified. They're bigger than my head! Anyway $9 for a normal potato will feed the Average size person three meals unless you eat bigger portions. With the cost and tastes great. Pork is a bit sweet for me but the chicken is great.
