Food is great But sometimes it's cold. Mine experience the waitress, not everybody, he was rude, they just pass next to the table without paying no mind, That we're sitting there, so we just waiting for the service that we never get. We need to get up,And ask somebody for the Food, Cause the Waitress do not bring anything to the table,Plus I think they should cover the hair cause it's 2 times in a row that I find hair in my salad.

I have been here 3 times in the last week ( in NY for work) the host staff insisted I set at the bar all 3 times. I don't drink.. after a 10/12 hour day just want to set an eat in comfort.. wait staff very rude on two nights.. didn't know the menu at all. Couldn't tell me what was in a salad. Had to ask for rolls 3 times was told the was baking for 15 minutes then received 1 roll. Had to ask for refills of water several time. Of the 3 steaks I ordered neither one was cook right. Med well is light pink inside according to the menu. First one was gray inside 2nd an 3rd Had blood puddles in the plate. Very disappointed with the restaurant that was the closest to my hotel.Large sign on the door says peanuts every where when I ask for a bucket I was told they hadn't had peanuts in 4 years. Building was clean inside and had big TVs ..
