While Texas Roadhouse is already known for its flavorful food and welcoming environment, it was Jeremy’s professionalism, attentiveness, and remarkable hospitality that truly set this visit apart.
From the moment I sat down, Jeremy demonstrated a level of service that went well beyond basic expectations. He was not only efficient and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were thoughtful, accurate, and clearly based on genuine experience. The dishes he suggested were exactly what I was looking for, and his drink suggestions complemented the meal perfectly. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in ensuring customers receive the best possible experience, yet Jeremy made it seem effortless.
One of the most impressive aspects of his service was his continual attention to detail. My drink was never left unfinished, and he consistently checked in to ensure everything was prepared properly and that I was fully satisfied with each part of my order. Although the food was excellent, they are too popular for me.We had to wait exceedingly long, it was over an hour. They said it was an unusual night but it's been my experience that after 6pm there is mostly a 45 plus minute wait to get a tablets another 30 minutes till the food comes. I would like to eat there more often but I am handicapped and I cannot stand that long.
Wanted to update my review as I've been going here for years and I wanted to give a more up-to-date look at this place. Honestly? It's hard to find any fault with this place. The food is awesome, the servers and staff are really friendly (maybe too friendly, cuz I hate the tableside birthday stuff but... you gotta let people have joy and whimsy I guess lol)
The atmosphere is the same as any other Texas Roadhouse, a sorta country-core feeling that gets you in the mood for steaks and fried chicken. Overall, I as of October 2025 I still think this place is good for the price and worth coming for a nice meal out.

I order the steak kabob twice a month usually takeout and this last time I literally had ONE cut up piece of mushroom and the bed of rice was non existent. If this is how the new chefs are i’ll go somewhere else from now on.

They forgot us at check in, even though I called ahead, online. They were saying 20min. at the door and we waited over an hour to get a table while others came in afterwards and jumped us. The food is amazing though. Understandably, very busy on a Friday and Saturday night.
