Greece location is better than the Henrietta location but both are pretty much the same. Always well staffed but sometimes you get a server that stands out and sometimes you get meh. The food is always good but the rolls can vary. The staff hustles and it shows by the turnover and wait times. You get good value for your money and you shouldn't leave hungry and usually with leftovers.

While a chain steakhouse, don't let you make you think you aren't going to get a great meal. It's always packed on the weekends so know that going in. Waitresses and waiters work hard and the food is hot and fresh. So go and enjoy yourself.

Almost 0 wait time at the this location when we visited. Service was quick and courteous. Food was (as usual) outstanding. My guess is that this isn't a secret, but probably more of an affirmation of a great food spot in Greece

I went here again for our 9 month anniversary and love it just as much as I always do! Our server GiGi was such a pleasure! She even went out of her way to make me a Shirley Temple, even though its not directly on the menu! Above and beyond!!!

I placed my order and it was ready within fifteen minutes, very pleased! My order was a “To go” order, the server was very friendly, pleasant and smiling, when she brought the food out to the car. When I arrived home, my order was missing a blues cheese and I ordered sweet tea and lemonade half and half, a gallon. Sadly my tea wasn’t sweet! This would’ve been a five star review unfortunately I wasn’t happy to not receive all items correctly. Keep up the exceptional customer service!

My kids enjoy it. My steak was raw, not medium rare but I didn't say anything, what are they gonna do anyway? I enjoyed the chili as always and the loaded baked potato was really nice. Most everything is still over salted. The staff as always was great. I'd do almost anything to get my girls to eat protein, so here I am again. 12-19-25 it was good. Salt was better, steak had good flavor and cooked nicely. 1 strip was way to fatty almost unedible, I really wish they would inspect some items before serving. Chili is so good and the staff is great as always.
