My husband and I went in on a Tuesday evening, and were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly, really enjoyed the fun and happy atmosphere. The food was pretty good. Portions are a lot smaller than I remember but I get it. Overall we had a lovely time. The only thing I noticed is they try to sneakily ask if you want an add on without telling you that it is extra just be aware of that and you'll be good.
For the second time in as many visits, our steaks weren't done properly. I spent $198.12 for take out dinner for my family. I usually spend this Last time I brought the steak back the following day and received a do over. This time I couldn't because of time restraints, I was flying home. I spoke with Kelsey at the Greece NY restaurant who provided no customer service at all. I gave her the specifics and her response when I asked her for the district manager to return my call, I knew she would not give him my message and number, although I did provide it. My order was for pickup on Friday April 19th 8:45 pm for Cheryl. You can track the order by the date and amount.

Wife and I came for lunch both ordered seasoned rice for one of our side dishes. Unfortunately it was way too salty. Couldn’t even eat it. Was never asked if we wanted a different side dish to replace it. But yet paid for 2 side dishes. Understandable that the restaurant was busy and the waitress was stressed. But it would have been nice to try something different.everything else was good
