Kathy was amazing. Extremely. Words do not describe the service I have recieved from Kathy, Made me feel so welcome, so was jess. Jess was extremely personable and accomodating.These ladies deffinatley have secured my business on returning to this location. Most fridays have been unsettling this experience was amazining. I manage my own place of business. And these 2 would 100 percent be the type of employess i would hire myself. You have found 2 gems for sure If you do not take good care of them I will ofder to steal them myself ;)

This place had 3.4 stars but I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt... In the end, I wasn't too thrilled.
Order took over 45 minutes which I thought was pretty crazy as well, even for a Friday night.

The food was not very good. Our waitress was wonderful! It was not very good overall.
Stopped to for dinner since it was walking distance from our hotel. The staff was good but the food was okay. We felt bad for the server as it seemed he was the only working the section we sat at. They offer happy hour from 3pm to 6pm. I ordered the sirloin, and it was warm the time I got it, and the fries were extra chrispy, and I love that. Was giving a glass of water, and it had a hair and something else in it. I sent it back, and the 2nd glass was no better with the smats floating in it as well. Thinking the ice been must have been dirty since it wasn't an isolated case.

Extraordinary service ? The bathroom had a very strange odor. It's my opinion that the bathroom needs a very deep cleaning and deodorants. It smells terrible and is definitely not clean! PERSONALLY I FEEL THIS SHOULD BE HANDLED AT THE LOCAL SITE IN HENRIETTA NY BY THE LOCAL OWNER.

Let me just start off . The food wasn't great chips tasted earthy and my husbands burger didn't taste right The only part they got right was my fish that was ok, fries come unsalted and potatoes are eh. Coke machine was down because it wouldn't ice . My husband and I ordered chips and queso with guacamole in it the poblano queso It was good but the workers were rushing in the back too fast and made it wrong and just put queso , The lady I believe to be the manager fixed it, a wonderful lady The server we had didn't really set a friendly atmosphere and was overwhelmed with tables and her main excuse was the fact that the Coke machine was down . the rest of the time her service and how she basically had a excuse for almost everything made my husband very anxious and on edge. It's a ok last minute lunch place needs more workers Tables seem always sticky too Expect to pay at least 40-50 dollars on a two person cheap night

I placed a delivery order and received the completely wrong order from doordash driver. I paid through tgifriday's website: doordash said I have to contact the restaurant, but the tgi restaurant manager said I have to contact doordash... When I called the store back after speaking with doordash two times there was no answer. I spent a lot of money and didn't get anything I paid for. I have pictures of the wrong order I received. I deserve a full refund and someone to contact me
