Friend, daughter, & I came in around 430. Was slow so figured great won't be long. No one greeted us. We sat down on our own looked at by couple staff members. Waited 15-20 minutes not at all acknowledged so we left & went elsewhere. Spent $100 at a place where they actually took an order

Walked into entrance, leaves and grass all over floor, place is dirty, table and floor. Took 15 minutes for server to come over to take drink order. Then another 10 minutes to take order, Food took another 25-30minutes to be served, there were only two other tables with people, very dead at 12:30 on a Tuesday. My wife’s loaded skins were dried out and not hot, looked like left over from yesterday, they just reheated them, cheese was terrible rubbery,, my crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry, this was the worse food I have ever tried, took another 10 minutes after we were done to get check, will never come back here, stay away, they need to close this location
The fact that they closed the greece location over THIS location is CRAZY !!!! As soon as you walk in it smells like OLD MOP WATER !! every time !!! you could go today and try again in 6 months and you will get the same dirty smelling atmosphere, nobody wants to eat anywhere that SMELLS let alone LOOKS like it has not been cleaned in ages ! Your honestly better off going to your local applebees !! food is way better and surroundings are clean, peoples want to work and managment is on top of things at applebees !!! sad to say. as far as cleanliness, management, staff and everything else! who manages this location to begin with? Its a bunch of half a$$ employees working here who dont care to be there !!! nobody is in CHECK doing what they should be doing, moving how they should be moving, no way there is NEVER a host to seat or greet you in a timely manor, no reason drinks take 10 minutes to come out for a party of 2 or a party of 8 just ridiculous, Servers look dirty, food taste & comes out as if they have a homeless man in the back just winging it !!! like CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN OR GET IT TOGETHER !!!! hire new management, get people who actually WANT to work and can bring a crowd in or BACK due to effort, how they great and treat their customers, cleanliness, appearance, and so much more !!! Im a server and this location needs sooooo many adjustment its sad !!! DONT waste your money or time here !!!! this location is over all BAD !!! your better off at APPLEBEES !!!!!! and the fact that someone is reaching out to these reviews asking to fill out forms and surveys for guest relations is absurd !! SEND SOMEBODY FROM CORPORATE TO DO THEIR JOB !!!!! either everyone needs to be fired, you need a week of cleaning and OVERALL new staff or you just need to SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN !!!!!! its insane that nobody has put a stop to this !!!!!! fire everyone immediately !!!! spend a week on cleaning and hiring people who NEED AND WANT TO WORK !!!!!! get this place together !!!! i would 0/10 NOT recommend EATING HERE not even to homeless people

T.G.I.F...Thank God Its finished! Walking in we should of known when we saw the tumbleweed blowing across the floor..this place was more dead than an ol western ghost town..Should have took ten paces back shot an insult and left! They went out of the way to advertise there Lucky Smash coctail for St pattys day and it turned out to be more unlucky than my 40 year old virgin friend who never lucky smashed! If scope and listirine made a cocktail and named it death they would have nailed it! The food was ok which is why it gets a 2 star but next time wait there wont be a next time!

Had a really nice first time here, our server Tiffany was really attentive and kind, even though we asked for a million boxes lol. Food was great, and the ribs were absolutely to die for. Will be returning!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I just did not enjoy my experience. The service was okay… the staff was friendly but seemed scattered.I ordered a grain bowl…. Received a bowl of arugula and avocado (half of which was old/brown) drenched in dressing with a few craisins… no grains at all (supposed to have farro and quinoa)… The server apologized and brought some out which was great but I’m not sure how it made it in the kitchen in the first place. Would not recommend this restaurant.

I visited this place traveling because I haven't been or seen a TGI Friday's in years.It's always nice to be eating and hear your employees in the bar cussing like it's professional to do when customers are present. I ordered a second drink it took about 10 minutes to get it. Your employees are to busy talking to each other than taking care of your customers. I will say the steak and LIT was the best part of my visit. Step up the service. Took forever to get the check and pay the check. Not even busy

A waiter approached us almost half an hour after we sat down. The food arrived with dishes we didn't order, then it took almost another half hour to arrive. when he arrived The chicken was hard and tasteless. The Krispy Rice is very expensive and you get a portion that you finish in one bite. Worst place I've eaten in Rochester.
