Sat at bar and ordered food, then drinks. It was busy and they seemed understaffed was only one bartender and she was bartending / serving . The manger had no idea how to help or what to do . We ordered food and it was over hour half we were waiting for our appetizer we ordered wings and salad . Asked the bartender to cancel our order and she did . Shouldn’t be a bar with no servers and one bartender . Would not recommend

We ordered food to go and I had to wait 25 mins after shows order ready. After waiting 25 mins I was smell like I cooked it lol Inside is nice atmosphere but Floor was sticky.

The bartender was serving the whole restaurant and she was fantastic. We didn't wait for anything and she was attentive exactly when we needed her to be! The pretzel is SO GOOD

Sat at bar and ordered food, then drinks. It was busy and they seemed understaffed so we were expecting a bit of a wait. After an hour and twenty minutes we asked the bartender about the food ( a pizza and boneless wings). She said " what did you order again? I'll go check". Came back and said " we have a really big party here, they'll put your order in after that, maybe in 20 or 30 minutes".
Mind you, we'd already been waiting almost 1 1/2 hours - and to find out they hadn't even put our order in yet! Needless to say, we cancelled our food, paid for the drinks and left.
Used to love this place, but that's a real crap way to treat your customers.

Friday night at 6pm ONE waitress. Actual menu is nothing like the one online. After a very long wait to even get water, the wait for drinks and then food was extraordinarily LONG. Beer warm, food cold. Two people with hot food were served and finished eating before salad for 3rd person was delivered. Absolutely abysmal!!!!!

I wish I could say I had a good experience because we have gone here in the past and loved it! But the following experiences have tainted it. We went when there was only one group of customers, who were also waiting. Our waitress did not stop by once after we were seated until after 45 minutes to give us our menus. She kept looking at us, a group of 4, and verbally confirmed that she saw us, but never stopped by. After another 20 minutes of waiting for her to show up again, we ended up leaving. We even saw her deliver drinks to another couple who came after us. Another time we tried DoorDashing from them, and the time estimate kept growing to 2 hours, without any update. Our dasher kept getting canceled and reset since the dashers also weren't able to keep waiting. I know places can get busy, I've worked at busy restaurants previously, but wiping down clean tables over and over again instead of talking to customers, is not it. I really hope that they're able to fix the current wait issue, lack of communication and overall disrespect of their customers.

Service is awful and I can't comment on the food, because we never got ours. Drinks were warm and overpriced. After a stressful day of our son in surgery we decided to go here for a drink and dinner. After placing our order we waited over 1 hour while the waitress told us the kitchen was backed up. It wasn't, as we saw the other waitress bringing out food regularly to people that came in after us. After an hour plus, we watched as our waitress realized she didn't enter our order, then entered our order in the computer system which was right next to us, and then came and told us it would be 15-20 minutes longer and reiterated that the kitchen was backed up. When I confronted her about just entering our order, she walked away. We flagged down the other waitress and told her we were leaving and wanted to pay for our drinks. She apologized and confirmed that the kitchen was not backed up and that the other waitress should not be working there. She gave us our bill and didn't even offer a discount on our drinks.

Food review- I don't think they could have gotten our food order any more wrong than they did. The quality of the food didn't make up for the order mistakes. It was poor. Maybe just drink their beer and stay away from the food for the time being.
Took my money, and never gave me my food. Operations isn't the customers issue.

Upsetting to write this because friends and I use to love this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. We waited 20 minutes to receive menus and 50 minutes for our food. Granted it was a busy Friday night but we could not find our waitress at any point to follow up with her. My date and I both got a salad…and it took 50 minutes? That’s a bit shocking. Not to mention when we had asked for dressing it took another 10 minutes until we could enjoy the food which was maybe .5 star quality. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant unless you have a lot of time and patience on your hands.

Beerhead bar and eatery was very disappointing. Came in to the bar and no one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. After we sat down we waited so long for the waitress to take our order and when the bill arrived one of the drinks was wrong and they tried to pull a quick one and over charge us. We normally go to a bar similar to this one back home in Toronto and it is always fantastic. This bar has a lot of stuff to improve on if they want to stay in business.

I have been a frequent beer head visitor, but I am not thoroughly disappointed. 1. The size of the pizza has shrunk significantly, as well as the quality. 2. The HAPPY HOUR- it says draft beer on 50% off and then when you open the list only two are marked for the lowered price. I mean why have a fake happy hour, just remove it now. 3. Understaffed- only one person was working table and one on the bar. They need to invest more. So be prepared for longer waits.
+ The atmosphere and vibe is still great 👍🏻 But we want more items in happy hours.
