Unlike most hotels I stay at, the breakfast isn’t free. It’s made to order. I had the breakfast burrito. It was ok. Very filling. Cost for that and a medium coffee was $18. The person working there was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole staff at this hotel is over the top friendly!

The lobby where breakfast is served also turns into a hangout in the evenings. They serve wine and beer till 10pm. Again it’s overpriced but it’s a nice convenience.

Definitely pros and cons to the hotel. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again but not because of any specific issues - except maybe the duvet (see below). There are just so many other hotel options available in the area and nothing stood out here as being worth a return visit. The pros include the friendly staff including the ones at front desk and in the bistro. Ample parking but a bit of a weird location right off the highway. The rooms were dated, and the duvet simply had a sheet underneath it with a duvet spread on top - ie: it wasn’t enclosed in a duvet cover. This makes me weary - I sure hope they replace the duvets in between guests. Housekeeping only every two days which didn’t apply to us. I know it’s a cost cutting measure but it took away from feeling like you’re on a vacation. Bathrooms were tiny and the toilet flush was so loud! It would wake up others if you flushed at night! All in all, it’s what you would expect for the price point. It didn’t feel like a Marriott hotel - more like a refurbished Fairfield Inn or something. One thing I did like was the staff put together a list of their favourite restaurants in the neighbourhood along with their distance from the hotel. That was a nice touch! The breakfast that was included in the special room rate package was good too.

Hotel staff is great. Always friendly. Rooms are modern, quiet and well maintained. Bistro staff always puts the guests firsts. Hotel maintains a clean atmosphere. Both managers do a great job making sure all guests are taken care of and issues addressed.

Was in town for business. The hotel is next to the interstate for easy access. The property was in excellent condition. I want to make a special mention of Donna, the bartender. It was amazing how many guests she knew. Room tip do not stay on the side facing the interstate.

Located conveniently off Rt 441, the hotel is close to the major sights in the Rochester area. Unfortunately, it comes at a cost if given a room over liking said Highway. It’s noisy at night and with the AC being unable to stay on continuously, it’s hard to tune it out. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and all the door slamming. Bathroom sink is unfortunately clogged and nothing can be done about it. The noisy AC is the biggest issue, as it just cycles on and off all night, with no way of making it just stay on, which would help drown out the outside noise. There’s plenty of choices to stay in the area and unfortunately won’t be staying here again on the next visit, even though it’s convenient to local family.

We stayed here before and it was good. Now? Well, here’s the pros and cons… Pros: - Quiet and remote location of the property Cons: - Broken toilet seat - Hanging light fixture in the bathroom with exposed wires. See picture. - Can flushing toilets all day and night - Not just outdated, it is obvious how the ownership just “masked” things to save money on updates and repairs. Very shoddy work. - No quiet hours whatsoever. Doors slamming, kids running around on our floor. Note to parents, respect others and show your kids why that’s important. - Barely functioning thermostat in our room. Another corner cut. See picture. Marriott should not let this stay as a member of their properties.

We had two rooms for our family. In one room, the a/c didn't work, as in, didn't work at all. I mentioned it to the uninterested people at the desk and was told it would be fixed by the time we returned to the hotel from dinner. It wasn't fixed and we ended up sleeping all in one room. We were told by the night desk clerk, who called the manager, that we would not be charged for the room with no a/c, would get a huge discount on the room we all crowded into, and a generous bonus of extra points would go onto our Bonvoy account. The surly clerk in the morning said that offer would not be honored. We got a discount, but were charged for both rooms and the points never showed up.The manager was "on the road" and having trouble with his cellphone, we were told. Because we checked in early, I think they assigned us the room with no a/c just to get it assigned to someone right away. It should not have been rented out. The daytime staff people were strange; too busy chatting together in the back room to pay attention, uninterested, with no manager around. A strange experience.

First time at this hotel and it won't be the last. The hotel and rooms were clean, towels plentiful, and the rollout table in the room was very useful for eating in. The front desk people were welcoming and very helpful. The Location was safe and convenient for our business. And it was blessedly quiet all 3 nights for a restful sleep!

We spent 2 nights at our favorite chain, Marriott Courtyard in the suburbs of Rochester. Front desk and restaurant service was outstanding. The room was OK for cleanliness. Our biggest beef was the general appearance of the hotel. It’s not up to Marriott standards. For instance, the elevator was disgusting. It’s clearly in need of a makeover.

I stayed her several times over the last few months. Clean accommodations, the staff was super friendly and the food was very good. It is really nice to have a place that takes pride in ownership in all facets of your hotel stay and experience!!!

Came here on business. First room - hair on the bed linens, crumbs on the table when I entered the room for the first time (along with a shirt button), hair on the wall of the shower, hair in the sink. Get transferred to a second room in the middle of the night. Same story - hair in all of the bed linens (I could see them underneath the flat sheet, too!!!), hair on the wall of the shower, lots of buildup/grime in the shower including pink mold. Awful, awful, awful. I slept fully clothed and with my shower cap on - this after driving for ten hours to get here, and needing to be functional for a meeting the next day. The only plus - Rory, who worked the Front Desk that night was so apologetic and tried his best to make it right. His customer service was on point. Couldn't pay me to try staying here again. I took so many photos of all the gross things (mostly hairs), but it's too much to post here and one wouldn't do it justice.

Bathroom was never cleaned! Got into shower and found used soap and shampoo. Manager Chris was rude. We will not be back!

Maybe because we booked this hotel with a “hot rate” we got what we deserved? But I was really taken aback by two things. The first was the state of the drapes in the room. There were holes punched out of the black-out curtain and it was broken at the top, so the drapes didn’t close. When I sleep in a hotel, I always look forward to cold, quiet and dark. We had one of the three, but maybe because I wore ear plugs. Additionally, the pool looked like it had yellow sludge instead of water. Three feet deep and you couldn’t see the bottom. We were told that if we put our linens outside our door, we would get fresh linens. I assumed that also meant sheets. Only after I stripped the bed was I told that fresh sheets came after a week stay. I did get fresh sheets, and I did make my own bed. Donna, at the Starbucks counter was amazing.
