The Burger Bar by Wegmans

Food was undercooked. Burgers were not prepared as ordered. Staff clearly does not care about quality control.

Had the displeasure of dining here for the first time this past weekend with a handful of my friends. There were 5 of us. 3 burgers, a veggie burger, and a fish sandwich plus 3 orders of fries. The 4 burgers came first with one fry. Saddest looking burgers I've ever seen, topped with cold, unmelted cheese. Not sure why they ask what temperature you want, as the patties are far too thin to cook to temp. The rest of my party was about done eating when my fish sandwich and the last two orders of fries came out about 15 minutes later. My sandwich was hot but bland and boring. The tomatoes were pasty and cut from the ends, so a lot of skin. Definitely not food I was feeling good about. In an age where the Wegmans name is synonymous with plummeting quality and skyrocketing prices, I should have know. Wasn't my idea. Thanks a lot Danford Kincaid-Kunz. #neveragain

Great burgers and milkshakes!

Burger and fries were delicious! Dining room nice and spacious. Service was great and server was pleasant.

Please do not waste your money here. Order was wrong, food over cooked, rude staff. Just awful.

The burgers are excellent. The only downside of this restaurant is food prep time can be pretty bad. Waiting 15 minutes for a single hamburger can seem like a downer sometimes. So don't come if you're in a hurry you'll be stressed.

We have been to this location many times however this time it was such a disappointment today. I ordered two salmon burgers no sides after seeing the picture outside of the restaurant. When we received the sandwiches they were nothing like the picture. The cut of the salmon was thick ,dry and, oblong placed on a hamburger roll with wilted lettuce ,and a thick piece of tomato a few pickles and barely any remoulade sauce. We could barely eat the sandwich without everything falling out.I spent $32 ,and did not enjoy the food at all. The service was not great (the gentleman that walked the order over to us was kind , but not the person that took our order.

I was at the burger bar on Saturday, 22 June. I ordered hot sauce with my order and never received it and about six times I waved to the person behind a counter named Tommy and he completely ignored me. I ended up having to eat my burger without the hot sauce.
I know, Tommy saw me waving because he looked at me and then looked away. His service was horrible.

Just blah...Burger on a plate. No pickles, nothing outstanding. Roll was not brioche as advertised. GF roll was as hard as a rock. Side salad came from the store to-go case and was wilted and served in the plastic bowl. Service was just ok...it was not busy and the counter clerk seemed to be put out. Wegmans you can do better.

There were only two people working, so they were both taking orders and doing the cooking. They managed it ok and with good attitudes, but reasonably, service moved slowly. I'm giving one star off on the service as a way to try to tell Wegmans they may want to staff it with one more party timer or something. I had the special Chili Lime pulled chicken. It was delicious!

Kid-friendliness: We had two "tweens" with us and they enjoyed the food, too.

My wife and I went there I ordered a fish fry she ordered a cheeseburger I saw the cheeseburger and fries under the heat lang while my fish fry was still cooking when we got our food the cheeseburger was room temperature was something like less the mc Donald's cold and not good the fish fry was only

I am done with this place. The worst customer service…place closed early because the said they ran out of food (but are part of a supermarket). Orders are always wrong and the place looks dingy and depressing as well as being overpriced. Never again!
