This place was AMAZING before they changed the menu to a la carte. I used to go twice per week: Once during luch hour at work, and another on Friday with my mom, who LOVED the place, and she dislikes everything. Once they made every everything more expensive and got rid of some of their best sides(buffalo cauliflower bites), we left and never went back. You ruined a great thing, Wegmans. Shame on you.

I am done with this place. The worst customer service…place closed early because the said they ran out of food (but are part of a supermarket). Orders are always wrong and the place looks dingy and depressing as well as being overpriced. Never again!

Disappointing! Not "Wegmans quality". Was pricier than Bill Grays etc but honestly not as good. Missed parts in our order. My son didn't get most parts of his kid meal. I asked for a multigrain bun but didn't get it. My burger was supposed to be 6oz but it was not. The burgers were just "eh". Fries, too. Asked for my son's milkshake to be brought out after his meal and it was brought out first. The restaurant space is nice and roomy and the guy who took our order was nice. But the food quality was poor. Won't be back.

The cheeseburger was horrible the lettuce look like someone just pulled it out of her ground it didn't even look like freaking lettuce the tomatoes cheeseburger even taste even better the only thing that was really delicious strawberry milkshake now that was real I went there October 27th 2023

Had a heck of a time finding much in the gluten free vegan genre in this city. So we decided to hit up the Wegmans flagship store to check out their burger bar, since i know they serve the impossible burger there.I ended up getting the Mediterranean burger without cheese or mayo and it was pretty good. By my standards though (pretty clean whole foods plant based diet), but the burger and fries were pretty salty. They hit the spot, but the burger could've used more flavor via spices or some sort of vegan sauce to pep it up. Overall, fairly pleased with the experience though!Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options, as you cab sub the impossible burger.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free rolls as an alternative

This place has really gone downhill! Frankly, Wegman's should just close the Burger Bar at this point, if this is the low quality effort they plan to put into the restaurant. In the past, my family and I really enjoyed this place. Had a variety of menu items beyond just burgers including great salads and a delicious lobster roll. The price was always a bit high, but justified perhaps by good food and service, plus convenient location. Now, all that is gone! They only serve not very good burgers and couple other sandwiches, nothing else. They have even dropped the mac and cheese from the kids menu, which was a go-to for my youngest. Also they have removed the fountain drink machine, which is bizarre, option are bottled beverages. Not only that, the kids menu items used to include a kids size ice cream after they ate, now also removed from menu, have to buy separately. Both my full size burger and the kids burgers were a joke compared to past quality. Very small and way way way over salted! Service was slow and quite unfriendly.Bottom line, if I am going to pay $11 for a burger, $3.50 extra for fries, $3 more for a bottled drink and $8 per kids meal, I expect more. I am certain the food quality and service would be better at McDonalds and price would be half. Very disappointed in current state of Pittsford Burger Bar, this was a regular stop in past and will not be going back.

I hate to write this because I love Wegmans but we had more than a disappointing meal. We were headed to a sports event with friends and I suggested a quick meal here from previous pre covid visits. I haven't been in awhile. The hamburgers arrived on a small plate overcooked with absolutely no toppings that were described on the menu. The fries were stone cold and the fish fry was greasy and not fresh. Definitely fried from frozen- it was stiff as a board, disgusting. That was my dinner. I'm at a loss as to what has happened here.
It should be called "The Slider Bar". The beef patty was about 3oz, very overpriced little burger. It was good and the fries were amazing. I will go back once they start serving real size pattys.

Although all internet sources state they close at 9pm, they actually close at 8pm. When I arrived at 7:30, they informed me that they would be closing shortly and encouraged me to order to go. Of course they had already closed the ice cream machine, so no milkshake for me. It's the lying about their hours for me!!! BOOOOO

We had 11 people for my husbands birthday. They saved us tables together. The ordering process was easy. Food delivered hot and everything was delicious. They cut our birthday cake for us. Service and food excellent. Staff super.
