The Grilled Cheese Factory Roc

The food is ok, I’m not sure if the female cook was having a bad day or what but the display of unprofessional behavior and attitude while a customer is in the building should be discussed with someone qualified to speak with her about it.

Not the greatest atmosphere. Food was just okay. Cashier was friendly but no real service.

I ordered the 716 Quesadilla with fries. Huge portions and delicious! We were a large group, in for lunch, so we were accommodated with table service. Our server was the best! I look forward to visiting again ... and again!

Food was great. They still have some work to do with the look. Plastic tables and an aweful looking menu. The Amazon photos of their food needs to be on the menu

First time here. Sandwiches are amazing. Had the 716, Buffalo Chicken sandwich with house made blue cheese sauce

I always forget to take a picture but been eyeing this place for awhile finally decided to try it out. For something as simple as a sandwich is was pretty good. I don’t even like mustard and it was still great. Recommend for a good lunch.

They've got a lot more than grilled cheese! The portions are very generous for the price; I turned a burger & fries into 2 meals with no problem. I'll definitely be coming back

Had the patty melt. Honestly... was one of the best I've ever had. So much so I called restaurant to praise them. Now it may not look like much, but the beauty is in the simplicity of it. No frills... But what's there is done perfectly and tasted even better!!!

Ok food but great location. Not the best customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, and take a while to take your order. 2 grilled cheeses took 30 minutes to come out with one other table seated in the restaurant.
