the place feels very homey. the menu is interesting as i've never tried most of the dishes they had on there. I got a dish that came with eggs, bacon, pancakes, french toast, and potatoes. it had really delicious gravy on the side. the server was great as well. will be coming back

I always meet my friends here for Holiday brunch and I wanted some really good tea and pancakes so I ended up at The Mad Hatter. My fav place to go. Service is always kind and friendly. Music was playing. Very relaxing. Love the choices.

Of all the “Alice in Wonderland”-themed restaurants in Rochester, this is possibly one of the better ones.

This is a very unique place from that aspect and I liked it all around. The only critique I would have is that the floor space inside is smaller and I think they might do well to remove maybe 2 of the tables in the middle and spread the other tables out slightly, even though yes, that could also decrease revenue slightly. But it would benefit the serving...
