I am amazed by how awesome this restaurant is! A true gem in Rochester! The General Manager : Jon was very helpful and ensured our experience was 5 STAR. Our Waitress Brittany was extremely enthusiastic and excited about helping us through our first time at the Melting Pot. We’ll be back soon!
The 4 star is for the experience. It's fun to have fondue, even more fun when someone does the prep work. The full meals seemed very pricey. We opted for the a la carte options, cheese and chocolate. We didn't leave full, but we left happy. I would like to go again, but for a light lunch or snack.
Went during Valentine's day. The entire restaurant was well organized and prepared for all the reservations and traffic that the holiday brought in. The food was phenomenal and just the experience Melting Pot brings with the fondue and self cooking is great. The service was outstanding and overall had an amazing night! Highly recommend for a date night or for good food.
Love this place! The food is awesome and the food just keeps on coming. We always get the 4 course meal and there are so many choices so you can get something new every time you come! Expect to spend 1-2 hours here. It’s a great experience and a great date night!!
We walked in without a reservation and had a great late lunch at this chic restaurant. It's located in mall and has an exterior entrance with parking. The server made our cheese and dessert turtle chocolate, right in front of us on the table. Then we cooked our main entrée of pre-cut and marinated meats with vegetables. It was very delicious and interactive.
My wife and I live this place, especially for special occasions. We went there for a date night and I added an extra for the romantic private tables. We ended up getting the same one that I proposed at. The service was amazing, our waitress was always checking up on us and the manager had a constant presence in the dining room. As always the food was amazing. They added an endless 4 course fondue to the menu. Surprisingly it is actually cheaper than the regular 4 course fondue. Plus it includes sirloin, filet, chicken, shrimp and ravioli for the main course. We even got a second plate of steak. Dessert was delicious as we got the candy bar which has milk chocolate, crunchy peanut butter, toffee, Bailey's and butterscotch schnapps. This is a perfect place for romantic dinners, everyday occasions and even just for dessert.
Service and food excellent, prices just a little too high, staff very friendly! Had a great time.
Absolutely wonderful. Its pricy but the experience was fun and the food was really fresh. I got to try duck for the first time & actually liked it. I Highly recommend!
Great food little confusing when ordering but very good
A low-key romantic dining experience in Rochester. We ordered classic alpine cheese fondue, apple bacon spinach salad, steak lovers and candy bar fondue. Everything was sooooo good. Portions are worth the price you pay. Loved the privacy curtain for our seating. Service was excellent. Definitely returning.

Very nice experience. Our waiter Liam was very attentive.
The food and service was wonderful. Great first time experience!!
Very friendly staff, great experience. Only criticism is the process of cooking your own meat. Very prone to cross contamination between cooked and raw meats. But very good place to come and eat, if you have the time to do so!
Melody was an amazing server. we came on a saturday and it was semi busy, and she still managed to take care of us and get our food out quickly. she was awesome!
Great food and great service it is always such a fun experience. I always aim for the discount nights otherwise it gets extremely pricey.
