Great place! All kinds of pancakes! And great egg breakfast! 😋

Food is decent but the price is high. Probably won't return myself unless someone in the party wants to go, Spending 35-40$ for 2 on some eggs and frozen hash browns is crazy.

No wait time for a table initially which was nice, but food service overall was quite slow.. long wait time on the food and while it was decently busy, it wasn't a full house..

drinks ran out at the table for a bit of time before server came back to replenish coffees/water. Overall, 3/5

Amazing food and service, the pancakes are so delicious and they are huge. Every time I come I get the exact same thing, perfect food, service, etc.

I’ve been to Steve’s many times I decided to try the Monte Cristo. I’m looking at the lunch menu she asked me breakfast or lunch. I said lunch of course please thank you she put syrup on the side. I don’t want any syrup Texas toast is supposed to be hard this was soft squishy and it was just disgusting. It was dripping grease it was nasty. I sent it back right away. She argued with me. The manager argued with me and I said look I’m not paying for this. It was disgusting service took forever it wasn’t that busy waitress seemed lost like she didn’t know what she was doing. Saw her talking gossip to another waitress. She needs to retire, also the manager is lazy. He does nothing to help. It said they have soups daily. They had no soup I asked for a salad they had no salads. They don’t have a prep cook on Sunday, which is weird, but you shouldn’t advertise stuff you don’t have that you have. I heard her tell a lot of tables too that they just didn’t have what certain people were asking for, just go out of business already you’re horrible. I’ll tell you that that place needs to be shut down. Highly recommend never going there, NEVER EVER- its horriable!

Loved everything but the price. A gazillion huge pancake options and the coffee was very good. If you are on a budget, check the menu for pricing before you go. Eggs and toast are above average price for local diners.

I had breakfast here with my wife for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! The place itself was small and we had went in a Saturday morning and had to wait 15 - 20 mins but it wasn’t too bad.

Once we got in we were sat down and the service was great. The pancakes are huge. They also have an expansive menu with both breakfast and lunch options. I would definitely come back here again. I know they have other locations and may try those as well.

Over rated pancakes. Just because of their size it is hyped up. In my opinion they are not good at all. They taste like batter not a good pancake.

Classic diner vibes! We always have great service and food. The wait is a bit long typically as they're always busy, but it's worth it.

I've been coming here at least once a month for the past 2 years, it is one of my two favorite restaurants. Great service and great food. I always get the Greek Salad or the Country Breakfast. Portions are great. The gravy is homemade. You can't beat it. A+++

My girlfriends and I love going to Original Steve's Diner in Victor. The restaurant has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff really loves their jobs and they give excellent attention and service to patrons. The owner John and his wife Elizabeth have truly mastered the art of upscale diner cuisine. Although many people love the ultra delicious pancakes, I was ecstatic when they added crepes. The cheesecake crepes with berries paired with a side of bacon are the perfect pairing of sweet and savory. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Probably like a 3.5 if not on happycow, but here a 2 means it needs work and I think that's pretty true. Really only saw two labeled options, the VGF waffle and the vegan "lovecake". I got the pancake and wow yes it is massive, but when I asked what toppings they have that are vegan she said "whatever you can do", which doesn't tell me what vegan options there are. She did ask me if I wanted vegan butter which was nice. It was also $3 !!! to add in blueberries, must've missed that price on the menu. The pancake was also pretty dry, and maple syrup is an upcharge and I wasn't about to drown it in whatever artificial syrup they gave us for free, so.... Altogether kind of a mixed bag. Limited options, staff were either too busy to give me an answer about toppings or didn't care, and food was just ok. Bottomless coffee for $3.50 was nice - they do have almond milk and I didn't get charged for that. Staff were nice, and attentive, otherwise besides the vegan toppings thing.

The food here was so good! They had many options to pick from so we'll be back to try more. One thing to know is there's limited non pork protein option such as bacon and sausage. To be expected but something to note.
