Always Great ! Whenever i home visiting my dad we go for breakfast as a treat after blood work. i always get the greek omelette and it’s so good and YOU have to get a side of the homemade sausage links! service was top notch today as

The host was rude as can be and had the nerve to argue with my grandma who’s 80 years old!!! The server we had she came and not even said hello and immediately told us what we couldn’t have and was extremely rude and didn’t bother taking our drink order. To say Im upset is an understatement bc we drive a distance to come eat here. Please do better !

Been going here for years although I have not gone for a while decided to take my kids to breakfast this morning. I was charged a credit card fee. This is unacceptable as this is a cost of doing business. I am a small business owner myself I would never charge this back to one of my customer's and our transactions are way higher than this ( always in the hundreds and a lot of the time in the thousands. Next time my kids want to go out to breakfast we will go to The Great American diner or Durfees as they don't charge this fee.

Steve's Original in Penfield is Super Tops. A great menu which is mouth watering, and hard to choose from so many delicious entrees.Then the service is 5* our waitress was very sweet and charming and a hostess quality.Stop in and say, 'Stephanie and Jerry sent me. You won't be disappointed, and may not finish your entree.
First time at Steve's diner, wait times were slightly elevated. Interactions with the hostesses were very pleasant, we felt they needed another POS system so they weren't all waiting to use one. Prices were a little on the higher side for the portion of eggs benedict served, lastly wasn't expecting a McDonald's version hash brown. More cost effective, if potatoes were run through a cheese grater for some classic diner shredded hash browns Great place over all, will recommend.

I had heard about Steve's Diner, and finally made it a point to try it. I am glad that we did! Very good food! Homemade and authentic! Not cheap, however, not too expensive for a diner.
