Cashier looked like he just crawled out of the dumpster out back, acted miserable, no customer service whatsoever. Glad he was only taking my payment and not touching any of the food. I asked him if he's having a rough day. His reply was "everyday is a rough day" I guess I never knew working in a well known pizza shop was so rough.

Pizza is NYC style and pretty great!
But the 3 times I've been in the past 3 months the restaurant is so hot. Seating for 30+ but no one stays long because it's so warm.
Worst part is the non-existent customer service by the zombie potato head staff. The decor and toys are very kid friendly, but the staff is absolutely miserable. And look like they sleep in the back on a stained mattress on the floor.
Definitely a grab your pizza and go type of a place which is fail because the owner seemed to have a different vision.

I loved the sheet pizza I served to 7 hungry and uoung workmen so delicious with pepperoni, Italian sausage & meatballs served piping hot out of their oven! It had lots of cheese and was the very best! Try it soon at the Pittsford Plaza location! It will be a great experience in pizza perfection!

Worked late stopped order pizza to take home family and ate a slice while there. Chris and staff were kind and courteous. Pizza was delicious and cooked perfect.

Quality has been going down hill for months and I’ll never go back here. Ordered an extra large cheese, asked for it cut into 8 slices. Girl on phone said no problem. Pick up pie , bring home, it’s cut into 15 slices the width of a tv remote. Called to get my money back, hate small slices. Manager wouldn’t get on phone . Go to Pizza Hut , same quality and they care more. Pizza has too much sauce , not enough cheese. Used to be great , but not anymore.

Came here today with my daughter to grab a slice while she had the day off. Neither of us were disappointed by the slices.The cheese was perfectly done and the crust was thin with just the right amount of crispness after reheated in the oven. I will be coming back here for more slices in the future.White pizza and veggie topped pizzas were available at the time we visited. Enjoy!

They’re rude and disrespectful to delivery drivers and deliberately make them wait. They need to treat delivery drivers with proper respect we don’t get paid by the hour
