This is great flat, thin New York style pizza. I had the banana peppers pizza which I love. My daughter had a pepperoni pizza. We enjoyed what we had. It was fast; we ate; We moved on with our day.exactly how you want a little pizzeria to be.

Worst experience ever I had with pizza stop I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was delivered I received the wrong pizza called in and was told I would need to have the pizza refunded then pay for new one. There was no accountability on their end the customer service I rate it a 0 because the supervisor said he couldn't help because the owner was not there. I had to drive over to them with the pizza. Will not be returning.

Family owned and operated... they always provide great tasting food and always trying out new things and that always taste great. I try to go at least once or twice a week.
They experiment with new recipes and go the extra mile with service and food is great.

Thank you God for Pizza Stop! I moved here last year from Brooklyn NYC and grew up with family owned pizzeria's. So I'm really careful when it comes to me judging pizza in Rochester, I just don't think it's fair of me to judge any food here when I'm use to what I grew up with. Anyway I've been starving since I got up here! So when I go back home I bring everything back and freeze it. Although I will still be doing that, I won't be yearning for a real slice of pizza anymore. I've ordered from every pizzeria and Pizza Stop is the only one that comes remotely close to what real pizza should taste and look like. There's a science to it and not everyone can execute it but Pizza Stop thank you for knowing how to make a real pizza pie and not some deep dish crap from Roc or Chicago half cooked with fake cheese and sauce. Rochesterians don't know what they are missing! Someone from Rochester said that the pizza was great at some gas station! If that doesn't say there's a problem I don't know what does! Props to Pizza Stop! One ❤️

The pizza is very good, but the staff are not. Sicilian pizza is very good. The guys behind the counter are downright ornery. They don't smile, are not friendly, and appear miserable. If you dont like customers.... why are you working at this pizzeria? This includes the owner. We would go there more often if employees were nicer and friendly towards customers like us. This place would be great with such a change.

Over the years, this establishment has been my go-to destination for quality pizza i always getva large pizza, but unfortunately, my last three visits, all within the past year, were underwhelming, resulting in the disposal of the entire pizza each time, with no family members opting for seconds, prompting speculation about potential new management.
