Got the breakfast pizza special and the buffalo chicken bacon ranch salad. Both were phenomenal. Plus we tried both of the kombuchas on draft and they were both super tasty!
we ate here recently whilst on holiday - 2 vegans, 1 veggie and 1 omni. we all had a main and a dessert and they were delicious - empty plates all around. The omni and veggie said they would definitely visit again. Some of what we ate - lentil loaf with mash and gravy ; burger ; specials of the day ; cheesecake ; carrot cake ; brownie Will definitely visit again when we are in the area
I went here the other week with my good friend before a jazz show. While I am not new to vegetarian/vegan food, I am new to dining in a restaurant that is exclusively vegan. I got the lenti loaf with greens and rosemary potatoes... WHOA. When I tell you it was phenomenal and I cannot stop thinking about it, I mean it. I am hoping to get to go out with my wife sometime soon to share in the vegan bounty with her. Their food is delightful and their space is warm and welcoming. I will be coming back.
Delicious home style wonderful vegan food. I had “the compost” (pictured) & a glass of delicious freshly squeezed juice. Both satisfying and very flavourful. Baked cheesecake with cherry sauce was something sooo special, I shall never forget it!! When ever I visit Rochester NY, this resto is a must!!
I order for pickup here roughly once a week and have never had a bad experience. I have also made a catering order for a cake which was very professional and no hassle! My favorite is the Tofu Egg Sandwich! ❤️
I had a steak bomb with a side of sweet potato salad. The seitan was good, but cut into such big chunks it didn't work in a sandwich. I really dislike the bread though and I think that's what made it not great. I did enjoy the potato salad Updated from previous review on 2024-12-03
The bakery we originally ordered from for my son's Bar Mitzvah fell through and we were left with just a week to find non-dairy and gluten-free dessert options for our guests. Red Fern came through with delicious treats and the kind of problem-solving service that meant so much to us when we needed it most. Andrea was so accommodating, our order was ready on time, and everything was delicious. There were so many flavors of mini cupcakes from which to choose and they were fabulous! Yummy little cakes with amazing swirls of frosting and lovely little embellishments like candied fruit, sprinkles, mini cookies, and cookie crumbles. I could eat the chocolate peanut butter rice krispie treats every single day, so good! Nobody even knew the chocolate raspberry cake was non-dairy...they just knew it was delicious and ate every piece of it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was really impressed with the look and feel of this restaurant. It has a super old vibe and I loved it. It’s in a really awesome spot near Park Avenue so lots of other places to walk grab coffee and desserts if you would like. I’m not a vegan, but I was impressed with the menu Options. Really enjoyed the food we got. If you are looking for “normal menu options“ but need them to be vegan this is an excellent place to try I would definitely come back with a vegan friend.

Had the elderberry kombucha and the lentil loaf. For someone that’s not vegan, I thought this was excellent. Came with sautéed kale and mashed potatoes. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Rochester.

Very delicious food with impeccable service. Chicken Caesar wrap was filling at great value and tasted amazing. This food has no business being as good as it is. Most likely witchcraft is involved.
