Red Fern has been my favorite restaurant for 9 years now. It is literally the best food I have ever eaten, no other restaurant compares in my book. My favorite meal ever is the Mac and Cheese Nachos, best thing I've ever eaten but I also love the compost plate, the Buffalo bleu, steak bomb, baked Mac, flatbreads and omg the jam bars 🤤

Love trying vegan takes on local dishes, such as the compost plate! Everything was delicious! The service was wonderful. My kids loved the nachos and cheese pizza. The server told us about the cheese pizza; it was not on the menu. The compost plate was also delicious. Highly recommend.

I'm still trying to figure out why they gave me a cold slice of pizza . I will definitely say this was a racist experience considering my friend also got pizza and hers was piping hot 🙄

Great staff. Clean bathrooms. The special we oredered was great, but the Warrior wrap was a high-medium. The pickled veggies were Amazing, the fries medium. The drink with beets was Amazing.

Amazing vegan food. We love the strawberry fields salad 🍓, the fruit and cheez platter 🧀, the quesadilla, and all the delicious desserts. 🧁 So far we tried the maple tahini cups 🍁, the mango 🥭 rhubarb cake, the chocolate walnut blondie, and the lemon 🍋 blondie. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent!

Love this place! I’m a vegetarian, and my spouse is vegetarian and has a gluten allergy, and the Red Fern was able to accommodate with no issue whatsoever. We even had our choice of bakery items to choose from, which is practically unheard of. Only downfall is the staircase to enter, so it’s not particularly accessible, but they do have plenty of outdoor seating on the ground level.

I tried what I think was a jam bar and the chocolate peanut butter krispy treat from a party tray of desserts. Both were delicious! If I ever get back to Rochester I want to go to the red fern to try the food and the cheesecake.

Got the breakfast pizza special and the buffalo chicken bacon ranch salad. Both were phenomenal. Plus we tried both of the kombuchas on draft and they were both super tasty!

we ate here recently whilst on holiday - 2 vegans, 1 veggie and 1 omni.
we all had a main and a dessert and they were delicious - empty plates all around.
The omni and veggie said they would definitely visit again.
Some of what we ate - lentil loaf with mash and gravy ; burger ; specials of the day ; cheesecake ; carrot cake ; brownie
Will definitely visit again when we are in the area

I went here the other week with my good friend before a jazz show. While I am not new to vegetarian/vegan food, I am new to dining in a restaurant that is exclusively vegan. I got the lenti loaf with greens and rosemary potatoes... WHOA. When I tell you it was phenomenal and I cannot stop thinking about it, I mean it. I am hoping to get to go out with my wife sometime soon to share in the vegan bounty with her. Their food is delightful and their space is warm and welcoming. I will be coming back.

Baked cheesecake with cherry sauce was something sooo special, I shall never forget it!!
When ever I visit Rochester NY, this resto is a must!!

I order for pickup here roughly once a week and have never had a bad experience. I have also made a catering order for a cake which was very professional and no hassle! My favorite is the Tofu Egg Sandwich! ❤️
