We stopped at The Outpost for a family lunch, and we say, “Move over Dino BBQ - there’s a new BBQ king in town!” The brisket was incredible, and we also highly recommend the poblano grits. Our toddler loved everything too.

i’ve been to the reverly and loved it so i knew when they switched to BBQ it would be fantastic. The meal i had for dinner was absolutely incredible. no words to describe just how flavorful and delicious it was. definitely recommend the texas twinkies, and the platter with their pork ribs (so tender) / sausage ( so flavorful, full of cheese) i got a side of their pimento mac (amazing) & cajun mashed potatoes. my friend got pulled pork (melt in your mouth) and brisket!!!! corn bread is so moist. everything was a 10/10. be back soon for sure!!!!! :)

The vibe and atmosphere is the best part of the restaurant. We had dinner reservations at 6:30 and were told they were already out of a handful of items on the menu. The waitress was nice enough to comp us a couple of beers and gave us free desserts due to them being out of items. However, the service was rather slow. It took at least 10-15 minutes before our waitress came over to ask us for a drink orders or if we had any questions. When we received our food, most of it was cold and the pulled pork tasted very burnt. Also, if you're going to serve Guinness please use a proper Guinness glass!

Great experience here, it was pretty busy when we stopped in but service was on top of all the tables. We wanted to check out a sampler however they discontinued it prior to us visiting. They were out of a few offerings so we decided to get 2 and 3 meat platters along with deviled eggs, chicken wings and cocktails, honestly everything was amazing, so good we plan to go back in hopes to try what they were out of. We have since been recommending this place to everyone as we are huge bbq fans, we think this is probably one of the best bbq places we have tried in the area.

Possibly the saltiest meal I have ever had. I ordered the Carolina Pulled Pork and Mashed Potatoes and felt like I had eaten a 1/4 cup of salt the rest of the day. The food was ok but far overpriced vs other better available BBQ in the area.

The three meat combo was a great portion to split between my wife and I. The drinks were fantastic and the service was excellent. Most of all the BBQ was delicious. The brisket was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Brisket didn't have much flavor (smoke or BBQ). The staff was great and a fun atmosphere but turned out to be a restaurant that decided to do BBQ but isn't a BBQ restaurant at heart.

We shared the Grazer platter and had plenty of food. Make sure to choose the mashed potatoes with bacon gravy as one of your sides! The service was great, our water glasses were always full. The only drawback was the temperature of the restaurant. It was chilly at our booth by the window. We noticed other customers keeping their jackets on during their meal.

The bartender Mike is a super cool human.
We had great conversations and I felt welcomed

I came out late so I didn’t get to try the food (another timer) but the drink and the people here are top notch.

Give this place a try! We went here over the weekend with a reservation. This is the location inside the red brick building. The dinner was not only delicious, but the portion sizes were generous. Our family ordered 2 sides of the smoked wings (Carolina vinegar & black pepper mustard) before getting the Grazer platter. There were 4 of us in our party, we shared it, and still had leftovers. It consisted of deviled eggs, the beef brisket, so moist and juicy, swapped the pulled pork for the chicken, also cooked to perfection, the ribs were succulent, and the sausage... perfectly crisp outside tender inside, and turkey included. The sides were hush puppies, moist, the creamy grits, Cajun mashed potatoes with gravy and absolutely scrumptious cornbread. We initially received one cornbread, it should have been 2. We informed our waiter who quickly addressed it and removed the extra charge from our bill. We ordered the chocolate mousse Oreo crust pie, and that was delectable! To add, the seating upstairs is a bit awkward if you're placed near the window at the far end with like 8 chairs, assuming another party was going to be sitting right next to you. But the hostess assured us that wouldn't be the case, and it ended up being a great experience. We will be returning!

We had reservations at 6:30 and did not get seated until 7:15. We were seated in what I would consider the overflow area by the front door. Kinda like the kids table at Thanksgiving. Looking back, we wish we ate at the bar. They did comp us an appetizer for the wait. Wings were excellent and the best part of the meal. Everything else was just average in our group of 4's opinion. Will try the outpost for lunch, but will not be running back for REV BBQ.

Had reservation for 7 PM. Came five minutes early, they let us know our table was not ready, we waited 30 minutes, and still had not gotten seated. During that time we attempted to get a drink from the bar, after 10 minutes, we were finally approached by a server and proceeded to order a few cocktails – of which were very mediocre. Classic cocktails, such as a Negroni were missing key ingredients.

We proceeded to go to Sager beer Company, and had a very delicious dinner. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I plan on going back for lunch to try the barbecue, because I am interested in their food, but I would not recommend going here for dinner.
