I don’t know what the issue is on weekends but the line seems to go excessively slow every weekend morning. I just sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes without even ordering, and it moved forward 1 car. In that time, 5 other customers aside from me, reversed out of the line and left.

They Were completely rude, I ordered breakfast for 14 people, I understand 14 sandwiches and a box of coffee is a big order and takes time that was fine I didn't mind the wait, but putting on my receipt call ahead next time was pretty fricking rude. Excuse me for giving you my business ill make sure next time to go somewhere more appreciative.

It's not quite like Tim's in Canada, but close. You can't order double-double/triple-triple, you have to doctor it yourself 😓. And they don't have steeped tea, just tea bags like anywhere else. But, the tea does taste about right once it's ready, just a little more hassle to get there.
They are very friendly at this location.

The Tim Hortons on Jefferson across from Dunn Tire is under new management and they are doing an awesome job. My wrap and iced coffee were delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

Meh. (1) staff at 7:15 am was quiet and useful. Not greeted until I came to register, despite being only one inside, but rep smiled and was polite upon service. (2) Bathrooms are dirty at 7:15 am- I mean dirty. Women’s floor shouldnt have “water” at front of seat. Cleaners should be fired. They are lying about cleaning the restrooms at night. Staff confirmed lots of complaints but no corporate action. (3) food was tepid. What kind of chicken lays a white yolk? Not a Canadian chicken. Basically, in comparison to other fast food, Tim H’s lost its soul and is now going through the motions. It’s not the staff as much as it isnt got any mojo.
