I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since it first opened, and the staff has always been amazing! They’re always friendly, upbeat, and really pay attention when taking your order.
They have such a great crew here! I hope the manager sees this and recognizes the team for their hard work.

This location has become a favorite spot for me. The drive thru experience here tends to be fast. The workers are pleasant and efficient. The coffee is good. I enjoy their chocolate glazed doughnuts. Recently I had their Bacon Everything Bagel and that was good too. I’d get it again. They sell a Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Box and that’s pretty good but I prefer the Everything Bagel.
Updating my review once again for the third and final time. I'm done going here. They forget items almost every order at this point and support won't give me a refund, just stupid points. If they don't forget something, they mess up a breakfast sandwich. I've had to contact support about this 15-20 times, all documented in emails and I'm done.
Workers are nice, but that's about where the pros stop.
Get cheaper, faster, more accurate food across the street at Mcdonalds. Go anywhere else.

The Tim Hortons on East Henrietta Rd. across from Suburban Plaza is the one I go to most often as it's the closest one to my house. The service there is the best of any location I've gone to...consistently. Always pleasant and up beat!

BURNT COFFEE, any time of day. Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee, but every time I go to this location, the coffee is terrible! Tim Hortons is a coffee joint, get it right, call any other location and find out what you are doing wrong
