Updating my review once again for the third and final time. I'm done going here. They forget items almost every order at this point and support won't give me a refund, just stupid points. If they don't forget something, they mess up a breakfast sandwich. I've had to contact support about this 15-20 times, all documented in emails and I'm done.
Workers are nice, but that's about where the pros stop.
Get cheaper, faster, more accurate food across the street at Mcdonalds. Go anywhere else.

The Tim Hortons on East Henrietta Rd. across from Suburban Plaza is the one I go to most often as it's the closest one to my house. The service there is the best of any location I've gone to...consistently. Always pleasant and up beat!

I bought my nieces some donuts and donut holes on the way to church. By the time we arrived at church they devoured them! There were no crumbs left. They were visiting from out of town and loved your donuts. Thanks for the experience.
