this Tim hortants locations needs a new manager and supervisors. The manger, karri is a bitch to her employees and rushes costumers through the line in a rude unwelcoming way. Karri is probably the worst person to run a restaurant. she is constantly yelling costumers to leave her restaurant if someone gets confronted on doing n order wrong. the supervisors are just like her. one of them being named Allie, a blonde girl. she is a bitch to her costumers and rushes and speaks rudely to them as well. they do not practice normal food safety, they never clean the ice cap machine (found mold growing in it), never change the iced tea(brew new iced tea every 3 days), never clean out the hot cap machine and more. this restaurant needs different management and to be reevaluate.

we went to the drive thru and they were out of many donuts and other foods. we cancelled our order and still had to wait in the drive thru line. not a good experience.

The hot cocoa is on the thick side (which is pleasing for this friend of all things chocolate!). I wanted another one almost immediately as it 38° today! The breakfast croissant was acceptable but not remarkable.

At what point do the lazy, disconnected, indifferent executives that "manage" the Tim Hortons brand start to demonstrate any modicum of passion for their business, care for their customers or their brand!???I had yet another poor experience this morning at the East Henrietta Rd location in Henrietta NY. I wanted to place a large ($100+) order (as we entertaining friends) and thought it would be convenient to use the Tim Hortons app to order ahead so the order would be ready for pick up. The first item (out of several) I planned to order was a 20 pack of Timbits. However, the online app does not allow you to customize your order. So, I guess you are stuck with a mixed bag of Timbits instead of being able to order what you want? When I arrived drive through, I ordered a 20 piece (no chocolate) and an iced coffee to start. I mentioned to the rep at the window that the app did not allow me to customize my Timbit order to which she said "I have no idea how the app works so I cant help you". I was shocked and replied, that "you don't know how your Tim Horton app works and you are an employee?!!" Whoever the manager is at this location should be fired. Also, whoever manages the app and customer service engagement at corporate should be fired. I mean honestly, how can you not have clear communication on how applications work, product availability and strategies to delight customers in place? You can go to Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, the local grocery store, McDonalds or just about anywhere else and their app works perfectly and they have friendly, prompt, competent employees. Tim Hortons needs to take their brand and all their locations back to Canada where this level of poor execution and lack of focus on the customer is acceptable.

After going to this location for 4 years, they finally got my order wrong. That is impressive. Everything is always good and correct.

I was really looking forward to a nice breakfast sandwich and hash brown this morning. I moved from the area and haven't been to a Tim Hortons in a couple years so the excitement was real. The cashier was very friend and sociable so that's where the 5 star rating would be. I ordered the biscuit, egg, cheese & bacon with hash brown. The biscuit was obviously old because it fell apart completely. I should have been given a fork. One bite of the hash brown told me was old and stale. For the remainder of my stay I will be avoidingTim Hortons

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever deal with. I placed an order via App, and went inside to pick them up. I kept waiting , but never came. I asked where is my order as few people who came after me already got their order, the lady was rude and said I don’t know who is making it. I asked her can you please inquire with your coworker. But she just walked away with attitude. I was getting late for final exam and had to deal with such a worse customer service.

Just ordered a chai latte, they made me a regular latte (with coffee) and threw a teabag in it...gross. I won't be back.
