If you want to be ignored come to this location. Either that or they need to hire people as the ones here are very overwhelmed. Initial ordering went well. However, I received iced tea instead of iced coffee (no big deal). But when I went up to get it corrected, after watching employees walk past me multiple times, I was met with attitude. But again maybe they're too overwhelmed if they can't handle a simple coffee order sheesh.

I stop at Tim Hortons every morning. This is the only store that ALWAYS gets the order right no matter how many items we get. The staff is friendly and am always greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning" from whoever is there. Also the iced tea is always perfect, without too much ice and never that strong/burnt taste. Huge shout out to Claudia, Morgan, Alex, Cathy, Tyler, Reese, and Lynn for always starting my morning off right! Keep it up!

Good location for a Tim Horton's. Easy to access from Chili Ave, and convenient if you're in the area running errands. Baked goods taste fresh and we also like their breakfast sandwiches. Drive-thru staff is usually friendly, but it's hard to hear on the speaker box. Inside is clean, but ambient music is too loud.

This location has good coffee half of time. The people working are able to complete an order the way you want 10% of the time. Even on a saturday. No way the employees prepare there food the way they ship it. Do
I have been to this location several times and my order is messed up about half the time. Several times I have been given the wrong coffee or the food ordered isn’t even cooked all the way. Today I got my kids grilled cheese and the cheese was not even melted nor was the sandwich even warm.

Only could take cash only up front. Didn't have the omelette bites or pumpkin donuts. Very little donuts to choose from. Ordered coffee with sugar free flavoring and almond milk. Had to go back since there was no almond milk in my coffee. They also gave coffee back without my lid. Had to wait until she came back again to ask for my lid. Alot of chit- chat in back kitchen. Dining room tables are not clean either.

I had the Fall Peach Coconut Milk Refresher. It was very good. Yummy peach and coconut with a hint a cinnamon. It's not what you would think of for your typical fall beverage, but I think pumpkin spiced everything is a bit meh, so this hit the spot for me. It's definitely worth a try. I would order it again.
