Staff are not very well trained at making coffee at this Tims. You will get 95% cream 5% coffee most of the time. It's never consistent, but it's consistently wrong. Sometimes they don't have the ingredients to some of the menu items listed.

I stopped going here to eat when I do my morning shopping. Sadly, Drive thru takes too long. Not only that the drive thru is very awkward and dangerous to maneuver because you never know who could hit your car who you could hit while trying to leave. Plus, you are blocking a driving area in a parking lot. When I go inside there isn't enough sitting space for anyone. There is plenty of chairs and tables, but you will be on top of someone else. Some of the staff are ok but sometimes it seems like they do not know what they are doing. Not only that my drinks weren't always made correctly.

We stopped in to buy coffee grounds. After ringing me up, the employee couldn't find the coffee he had just sold me. He told us that people come in and steal things, so their inventory is all messed up.
This level of service is consistent with Tim Horton's coffee shops I've visited. The employees are always young and are either uninterested in being there (read: bad customer service) or are unable to do their jobs.
In the end, we got a different kind of coffee than I wanted, but at least we got something like what we came for.

I like Tim hortons a lot. But today was bothersome to me. I ordered my coffee and was waiting for my ride when some girl that works wouldn’t shut up (swearing and doing absolutely nothing, playing loud rap music) I think I’ll go somewhere else until this location cleans up the trash that works there.

Your restaurant location 3160 Chili Avenue at 4 o’clock had two young girls that did not realize and did not give me my two dollar latte after 1 o’clock according to them there’s no such thing. What the managers need to do with these branches is to Let the new people know about the specials according to Google and according to your website, you still have the two dollar latte after 1 o’clock. I did not get it because they refuse to give it to me. Needless to say, I was very upset!!!!!
