I work at Tim Hortons not this location but another location and it really shouldn’t be this hard to place an order and mess up this bad. I went through the drive-thru and asked for two Egg Farmer’s Wraps. I understand it can be tricky to hear through the speaker, so I made sure to speak up — even raised my voice a bit — but the staff still seemed to have a really hard time understanding me. At one point, I was even asked if I wanted a dark roast, which isn’t relatively close to a farmers wraps.
After finally getting my order in, I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line, which felt unusually long, especially since I also work for the same company and know it shouldn’t take that much time. When I finally got my food, I noticed there was bacon in the wrap, even though I specifically asked for just egg and cheese. Luckily, I don’t have any allergies, but if I did, that could’ve been a serious issue. The POS clearly showed “egg wrap,” not “bacon Farmer’s Wrap,” so it was definitely an order mistake.
That said, the food itself was good — I did enjoy it — but the bacon kind of threw it off. Overall, the service and order accuracy definitely need improvement, but the food quality was solid.

these people don’t know what their doing in here. i’ve been sitting here 15 mins just waiting for a meal and a drink. they keep coming up to the window asking what i’m waiting on?? my whole order. i’m not coming back here ever again. terrible customer service & slow

Went to the Tim Hortons off E Ridge road at 6:05am on 8/26/25. It was open but no one took my order. Driving past there was an employee with a headset on sitting on their phone laughing in the sitting area.

I've been going to this location for 10 years (when it's open) and it seems they just can't understand the concept of LIGHT I CE. I order the same drink the same way and it's NEVER light ice like I ask.. otherwise The service is good and the Employees are nice witch is why I stayed going there but no more.... I have a stomach issue and can NOT handle my drinks real cold....

Yesterday Aug 16 the cashier told me my card declined, she seemed like she had an attitude with me before I got to the window, she was having a conversation about some girl trying to become a manager, anyway I woke up this morning to my card charged twice for the same transaction, I've disputed it but just be careful yall cause the attitude I got was not the politeness I was giving back to her and she just seemed like she wanted to see if she could ruin my day. So just keep a lookout...

Their breakfast wraps are not fresh very disappointed .
This was me and my boyfriends first time trying here, and being a food critic let me tell you what I thought.
We ordered the eggs with spinach and it needs more love, it was dry and needed more flavor like salt perhaps. I couldn't taste the spinach but the texture of the egg was nice 👍. It wasn't awful but not great. The hash browns we're pretty good 😊 and the coffee drinks were just meh, needs more caffeine ? They were just ok.
If you want to try it I would advise maybe trying a different breakfast item but definitely try there hash browns. They were the best out of the whole order. Hope this helps! ☺️

Terrible place, this morning I came for breakfast and in conclusion I got absolutely nothing like I expected! Everything was messy and mixed up, the attitude of the employees is even worse, sorry but you disappointed!!!!!
