Placed an order for a steak wrap and while waiting I hear the cook person calling out that a chicken wrap was ready, I immediately mentioned I had ordered the steak wrap she kept on complaining to her coworker that the screen says chicken wrap. Once I got my correct order I simply mentioned her coworker must've heard me wrong. It wasn't until I had already left that I realized my steak wrap was stone cold! This was simply done deliberately for going through the trouble. I was warned in the past not to come here but I didn't want to drive to Greece.

If I could give a zero I would. Under new management?? The manager and all employees encountered today were very short and had attitudes with my sister and I. When I was at the window, they were talking about a previous customer in such an inappropriate way. Serious, this place used to be good but under new management and staff, do yourself a favor...save your money and time and go to a different Tim Hortons where you'd be happier overall.

Only my second time coming to this location and both times I did have good food but the management could be better. Both times I had the same cashier, drive thru and counter, and he has such amazing manners. However, the manager seemed to be very impatient with him. He was making my drink and asking how to make it (he seemed to be a new worker) and I heard the manager tell him how to make it but then proceeded to say to hurry up because of other people waiting. It just irked me because I worked in food service for 7 years and team work is heavily needed in such an industry. The manager also set my food on the counter without saying what the order was and there were other people waiting so I had to open the bag and check it myself to make sure it was mine which is very unprofessional.

My son prefers Tim Hortons to most donut type shops. I reluctantly took him to this one, remembering how dingy and gross it was pre pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised by how much cleaner it is now and how much more attentive the staff was. I have been back a couple of times with him since.

I am a DoorDash driver on my days off of my regular job. I don’t normally get order from Tim Horton, but decided to accept one from here today. I went in about 15 minutes ago or so and am still waiting for the order. It’s not busy at all and she waited to start my order until I walked I to the store and asked for it. It’s 10 items, so I’m not sure why she would wait until I arrived to pickup? It’s still not ready and it took a few minutes to drive the store as well. I get the brunt of people’s anger by receiving a one star review, etc.

Really great and friendly service! All the food and drink was delicious!
Always neat and clean. Seems its minimal staff have to do three jobs at once yet are thoughtful and couteous. I hope business gets busy with customers from time to time to cover overhead; but I do personally love the otherwise quiet and solitary atmosphere.
