I've been going to this location for 10 years (when it's open) and it seems they just can't understand the concept of LIGHT I CE. I order the same drink the same way and it's NEVER light ice like I ask.. otherwise The service is good and the Employees are nice witch is why I stayed going there but no more.... I have a stomach issue and can NOT handle my drinks real cold....

Yesterday Aug 16 the cashier told me my card declined, she seemed like she had an attitude with me before I got to the window, she was having a conversation about some girl trying to become a manager, anyway I woke up this morning to my card charged twice for the same transaction, I've disputed it but just be careful yall cause the attitude I got was not the politeness I was giving back to her and she just seemed like she wanted to see if she could ruin my day. So just keep a lookout...

This was me and my boyfriends first time trying here, and being a food critic let me tell you what I thought.
We ordered the eggs with spinach and it needs more love, it was dry and needed more flavor like salt perhaps. I couldn't taste the spinach but the texture of the egg was nice 👍. It wasn't awful but not great. The hash browns we're pretty good 😊 and the coffee drinks were just meh, needs more caffeine ? They were just ok.
If you want to try it I would advise maybe trying a different breakfast item but definitely try there hash browns. They were the best out of the whole order. Hope this helps! ☺️

Terrible place, this morning I came for breakfast and in conclusion I got absolutely nothing like I expected! Everything was messy and mixed up, the attitude of the employees is even worse, sorry but you disappointed!!!!!

Best place for someone that can't have sugar, to find unsweetened coconut and unsweetened almond milk for their coffee!
I have no idea how this place is even open. Not one person said hello. Just stared at us. After waiting 15mins to order. I believe the person in charge came over with an attitude. Walked away as she asked us what we wanted. There was no sorry for the wait. Nothing, I felt like we were an inconvenience. As we waited for the order. Several ppl walked out. Staff was on the phone in her ear asking Siri to call who ever. After touching the earbud. She continued making food. Washing hands didn’t happen with none of them. They would grab money and then go touch donuts. There gloves were absolutely horrible! Unprofessional is an understatement with the conversation they were having. Definitely not work appropriate! After getting our food. It was wrong! The coffee, my loaded burrito. Then they put all the burnt eggs on the bagel. The egg was so small. I thought it was cheese. Then I found a piece of plastic in my burrito. Never again! This place needs to be just shut down for good or actually have new management in there.

Wildly understaffed and half there machines are broken so you can't even order half of the things on the menu. I recommend driving down the street to a different one. 🤦
