Went this morning for just a cup of coffee. They had one person in an arm sling running the drive thru while 2 other workers smoking at the back door. I was #2 of 5 cars waiting for what seemed like about 15-20 minutes.I saw another review on Google that also shared how their customer service sucks.

The absolute slowest place you can go to. Ordered online a few times on different days 30 minutes in advance would get there and then still not be ready as well as having to wait an additional 20 minutes after I got there. The staff is unbearable not caring and will just give you attitude if you have any questions.

My husband and I just went through the drive thru of this location and both ordered lunch items with chicken. We get to the window and are told they only have enough chicken for one of the items, but offered to swap one of them for steak. My husband decided to switch to a different meal as we are not fans of steak. No problem, it happens. We pull away and later realize that they STILL put steak in my wrap after we had a full conversation explaining we didn’t want steak. Neither of us ended up with chicken. Annoying to have paid for a meal I ultimately didn’t get to eat.

Irelys has to be one of the most professional and friendly cashier's I have met in any fast food/restaurant type of business I rate her in a category all her own and give her an A++ 5/5 stars!!! Her job position as cashier is very important as she is the face of the business and she made me feel welcome and she took care of my order fast ane accurately plus she double checked to make sure I was happy and didn't need anything else thanking me for my business as i was leaving...I wish there was more people like her in the customer service industry and i say this person deserves either a good raise or a good promotion! She should be a manager in my opinion.THANK YOU IRELYS & SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!Parking: Overall my favorite part of this experience was irelys the cashier. She should be a manager...the parking lot is the last thing on my mind.

They were out of almost everything at 12:40 on a Saturday. Service wasn’t great either. Don’t go here, y’all.
The place was clean, good bathrooms but the service was horrible. One of the employees that works there was ordering and chatting with the workers about drama from the night before. All employees were standing around gossiping while I stood behind her and her loud kids running around being chaotic for about 5 minuets before they stopped and took my order. Ridiculous. I should have done drive thru

They are sometimes excellent and other times not so much. Also time of day makes a big difference. They are good but have been out of stuff before and it messed up an order here and there.

ordered 40 donut holes with no birthday cake or sour cream, got birthday cake. ordered this in store and told cy twice no bday cake. won't return.
