The quality has really slipped over the years for Tim Hortons. The coffee is average at best and often poor, the breakfast sandwiches are very greasy and at the Irondequoit location they are always running behind it out of some component of my order. Once I'm done using up my last gift card I won't be going back.

Long drive thru lines, messed up my order multiple times. Don’t go there in the morning. So incredibly frustrating. It was great when it first opened up but it has gone downhill very quickly.

Avoid this location - I live around the corner and occasionally order delivery for breakfast. The last 4 or 5 delivery orders have been incorrect or missing items, and today the delivery order never showed up after the status not updating for over an hour in the app. I called to ask for the order status or for a refund and was told that they don't know anything and that I should just call the 800 number in the app.
