This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons—a brand I’ve long associated with Canadian pride, thanks to countless TV shows and public media. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The store felt quite old and run-down, and the food was underwhelming. The steak wrap is low quality, but the price is more than reasonable. Overall, it broke the illusion I had of the brand.

Was early evening and kinda quiet. No lines inside but had a few cars in drivethru. Associate's were welcoming and quick to greet me. A couple of tables were filled. Store was clean.
